I recently purchased the Cleansing Oil and I am very impressed with its performance. This cleansing oil is incredibly hydrating and leaves my skin feeling soft and supple after use. It’s not bad, but…

Does it remove sunscreen and makeup? Yes. Does it have a pleasant feel and doesn’t leave the skin feeling stripped? Yes. Does it also have unnecessary perfuming and a really strong citrus-y scent due to orange peel essential oil, limonene and linalool? Yes. I find that extremely disappointing, especially in a line marketed as something for sensitive skin and as something really soothing. This triggered my rosacea like crazy. I should have been more careful with reading the ingredient list, but I unfortunately missed this before I ordered.For anyone who doesn’t know limonene and linalool are really controversial ingredients that become unstable once exposed to air.
