12" Pro Placement Peel. Round Hex-Perforated Blade

The 12 Inch Pro Placement Peel is the ultimate tool for serious pizza-makers, engineered in collaboration with elite Gozney chefs to deliver unmatched precision, performance, and ease of use. Designed as an extension of the chef’s arm, this lightweight peel combines optimized materials and thoughtful details to elevate your pizza-making experience. Its fully perforated, round hex-pattern blade ensures maximum flour dispersion, preventing excess flour from sticking to your dough and burning on the oven floor. This results in consistently crisp, clean bases every time. The rounded blade shape not only supports smooth launching but also helps guide pizzas into perfect circles, giving your creations a professional finish. The handle is a masterclass in ergonomics, crafted from profiled aluminum with angled sides for a secure grip and a curved underside that lets the peel slide fluidly through your hand as you launch pizzas. Lightweight yet strong, the all-aluminum construction offers excellent responsiveness, making the peel feel intuitive and effortless in motion. Finished with a durable, ocean-bound recycled plastic hanging loop, it also offers convenient storage when not in use. For pizza enthusiasts striving for the very best, the Pro Placement Peel is a professional-grade tool that blends innovation, performance, and durability in every detail.
