It starts with a nice smooth texture and then moves into the upfront flavours of mango and ginger and then there is a subtly sweet orange finish. You then are rewarded with the Carolina Reaper, the full heat of which kicks in a little bit later at the back of the throat to provide a more than satisfying heat to finish off a delicious sauce.
