I cannot recommend Flex Fitness enough for outstanding customer service & top quality equipment. I've sporadically been purchasing equipment for a number of years from these guys with the gyms I have been managing & now I've just purchased a fully Equipped gym fit out for my own gym which is opening late August 2022. Haris @ Wangara has been so helpful & responsive with any questions I had & the boys set up everything very quickly over a 2 day period. My experience with this company was great, however the shipping company toll not so good as my bumper plates arrived not even in the box because the box was ripped, so in saying that maybe put more tape on the openings so it all stays together, the bumper plates themselves great quality love the style nice and solid. I love them.

One plate was bent and the other has some white powder on it. The other 4 were perfectly fine. I think quality control needs to be better before sending to client.
