187 Killer Pads Wrist Guards Small

I absolutely love the design, especially the raised bump that helps protect the wrist when you fall. This extra bit of protection is a game-changer. Unlike my previous wrist guards, which felt molded and restrictive, these wrist guards are a dream. The overall quality is simply outstanding – the materials used feel incredibly durable and well-made. I have no doubt these wrist guards will hold up during my skating sessions.

As a beginner and one of those hands off, this is the least I had to get.I was not disappointed. Neatly finished and provided with sturdy seams, the parts certainly hold out quite a bit. The plastic splints do the rest. Even me overweight Honk have the schooner saved me some today.Good stuff, and yes - turning butts really goes with it!

Very robust and durable. Really well stitched. I've been riding them for a few weeks now and have already had a few crashes. But they feel like they last forever. Highly recommended!

I bought them for the halfpipe after I crashed into the flat twice from a great height in a pretty stupid and painful way (depending on the fall, you can't always catch yourself well with the kneepads). The pads take a bit of getting used to at first, but after a while you get used to them and the secure feeling feels good :-)I can recommend the protectors without reservation.

Basic

Nothing special to report on the wrist guards. Standard issue. Nothing sets these wrist guards apart from any others. They get the job done and meet the minimum standards.

Could be better indeed

The stitch pattern isn't considered at all given the way the wrist guard tears over time. There should be a leather over wrap sewed back over the top third of the guard where it touches the knuckles palm side. The added leather keeps sweat from dissolving the stitches. And the outside part of the leather protects the stitching if the plastic hump is not hit 1st or at all. I'd like a one time payment of $100,000.00 kick back if this idea is used. Things should be designed to last. Don't be like IKEA or homedepot etc. Also people should get $20 cash for every review.

Saved my wrists

I originally bought a pair of these because I would only skate a few times a year and would always hurt my wrists. Fast forward to many years later and they were still going strong. Finally had to buy a new pair because I started skating everyday. They continue to save me and I never ride without them.

Solid wrist protection

As someone with small and frequently injured wrists, I knew I had to get these now that I’m taking up roller skating after 20 years off wheels. Fit is perfect. Measurement/fit guide was spot on. They give me more confidence about getting out there on skates again.

These wrist guards are very sleek and comfortable. I always always always wear them. If I had to pick one thing to wear when riding, it would be these wrist guards. I’ve always said that even before I needed to make use of them.I recently had a major fall on asphalt at over 20 mph and broke several bones (and lots of road rash), but my wrists were completely unharmed despite bearing the brunt of the initial impact. No breaks, sprains, or even road rash where the pads were. Thank you 187!!!!!They also have been put to use a few times along with my knee and elbow pads running out other falls prior to this and have always protected me. Solid product.

Wrist Pads

These are very high quality wrist guards, they seem to be very protective. I would size up slightly from whatever you measure but all in all this is a great company. Even the customer service is so willing to help/ answer questions!
