19 Crimes Cabernet Sauvignon (750ml)

(1,263 reviews)

This is the Cabernet Sauvignon red wine from 19 Crimes, bearing the same traits as those banished to Australia. Defiant by nature, bold in character. Always uncompromising. It's a taste you'll never forget. The man depicted in the picture is a man named Cornelius Dwyer Kane (aka Keane). Keane(1839-1891) had been a law clerk and cener from Skibbereen, County Cork, Ireland. Transported aboard the Hougoumont, Keane was conditionally pardoned in 1871, but was forbidden from returning to Ireland, so he never reunited with his wife and children there. He did, however, settle in Queensland and became a civil servant.

I'm no wine buff or even pretend to be, but I know what I like and when you find a drop like this at this price point there's a temptation to stock up before they realise their mistake. But right now there's no mistake - this is the very best value red wine you will ever see! Leave sum for me...
