21st Century Glucosamine Chondroitin Advanced - 120 Coated Tablets

The caplets have no odor or taste. That's good. That being said, these pills did absolutely NOTHING for my arthritic knee's. I have been using another brand for years, and it works well, but lately I've had some bad days with knee pain, so I thought I would try something else. Big mistake. I gave them a good try- I took these for 2 weeks, but every day got a little worse, and I finally gave up and went back to my old brand. Lesson learned.

Wonderful product with near immediate benefits. I gave these tablets to an acquaintance in India aged about 48 years who had severe pain in her right knee joint and was on non-steroidal pain killers. At the recommended dosage of 3 tablets a day, she started feeling pain relief and improvement in movement on the morning of the 3rd day, by the 7th day the pain became minimal and swelling is gone. Previously her connective tissue was painful to touch, but with continued intake of the tablets the cartilage seems to have healed. I would recommend this supplement at the prescribed dosage.

I have a back injury that nothing seems to help. Even strong pain meds don't really give significant relief. Several years ago I tried Schiff Move Free and after following the directions and allowing time for it to work, (Two weeks at a higher dose, then drop back to a lower dose for maintenance) my back pain was greatly reduced. However, that stuff is like $30 a bottle and I went looking for a cheaper alternative. This is it.
