Kind of big tablets and I don't really feel that much pep from these. The tablets have a nice smooth coating and aren't sharp, but I'd still rather just take two smaller pills than one big horse-pill. Not the worst multi I've had but not the best. I think I'll go back to gummies or capsule form because I feel like they just absorb better. I'll finish up this bottle, though before trying something else. I'm happy with the price! I also like this brand in general and buy several other things made by this company, this just wasn't my favorite thing of theirs. The potency looks good on the label and I didn't get any bad effect from it but I also didn't feel the same boost as I have from other brands. I'm a person who is not fond of taking supplements daily as I'm conscious of taking more than I need. For A-Z vitamins that we need for enough potency each day, this is an amazing quality product for a very affordable price. It basically has the same ingredient listed in more expensive brands. Size is just right and easy to swallow. This also helped me with my period cramps. I don't need to take a separate pill for iron. Thanks iHerb!

I ran out of my other name brand daily multi vitamin and ran across these and they were a very good deal compared to my last brand. These have the help for what my body needs BONE,HEART,IMMUNE,SKIN,MUSCLE,ENERGY METABOLISM HEALTH.I have no burping, no heartburn, no after taste, no stomach, no allergies. These are easy to swallow. Not as thick as my old brand a hair longer than my old brand. I only used the old brand for comparison. The product is good since I believe the vitamins are potent. I would like to note Biotin and Vitamin D3.For Vitamin D3, even though I had a hard time being active due to hectic schedules, I was able to manage my weight effectively. For Biotin, I suppose I was not in any way deficient in biotin since upon regular intake of the vitamins, it has caused me acne breakouts and I was informed by my doctor that it may be caused by my biotin intake.Overall, the product is good. However, a lesson I have learned the hard way is to check whether or not you need certain vitamins or not, since it may bring you harm or undue hassle if you don't do so.
