I used to take one to three tablets if I had indigestion from my IBS triggers or if I had gluten. They are better gluten enzymes that were more helpful for me and I found with other IBS flareups from triggers like onion or spices I had to take more tablets. You can take up to three per day.That said, surprisingly when things like charcoal tablets for gas and pain didn’t work for me, two or three of these with peppermint tea did work.Although peppermint tea (not tablets in my case for some reason) works well on it’s own as well.
