A well made, versatile pan. The steel is thick enough to make denting this a challenge, yet it doesn't feel heavy. I've seared, pan roasted, sauced and reduced in it Andy not had any issues. Easy to clean, especially with Bar Keepers Friend. What would make it better? A lid. And being bigger; this size is good for making a meal for two, or cooking a single chop or one large chicken breast without crowding the pan. Would I recommend? Yes.
