Rich and complex fragrance. Not everyone can wear it and its not an everyday perfume. Scent consist of amber, white flowers and sandalwood. Very well made, expensive perfume for the experienced woman that know what she wants. Love it!

24 Fauborg by Hermes

My wife loves this fragrance. We bought our first bottle in Paris years ago. The service rep at Christiana Mall was great. My wife has been lamenting that what she had bought recently wasn’t the same. The rep said my wife was absolutely right because it is made in Paris with different chemicals and natural ingredients, some of which are not allowed in the US. Problem solved. JRT

A wonderful perfume one of the greats

I have been waiting for months for this amazing perfume to come back into stock again. John Lewis put me their "we'll let you know when back in stock" list and eventually here it is. Picked up my bottle via click and collectGreat service and thanks to Hermes for finally producing this again.

Best Fragrance I Have Ever Worn.

I am devastated to learn Hermes is discontinuing this perfume. I can’t count the times people have stopped me and asked for the name of “that wonderful fragrance!” I wear it in the summer and it has become my signature fragrance for that season. I wish I could afford to buy Walmart’s entire supply.

Distinctive but never overwhelming

Have been wearing Hermes Eau de Parfum (or Toilette if that's all that's available), since 1997. It is definitely not fruity or sweet smelling, it is also not citrusy, summery or overwhelmingly flowery. I think it's impossible to accurately describe a scent without smelling, other than to say this is suitable for the office, and it doesn't have that dated strong smell that I can only describe as "perfumey." It seems that 90% of perfumes have that strong headache inducing scent as a top note - first impression smell. To me, this is a very pleasant, subtle but still distinctive scent that does not overwhelm. As it dries down, there seems to be an ever so slight jasmine or gardenia scent with a hint of musk, but nothing strong enough to stand alone. I purchased the full size based on the Review I read from Sephora, with my fingers crossed. It arrived within 3 days of purchase and I was very excited to try it.First impression: Old Laddyish. I thought, Oh No! I slept on the thought that this would be my first product return with Sephora. The next day, I went back online and read again what made this product so highly rated. I tried this item the second time and just let it sit and absorb on my skin all day long.Second impression: It smelled elegant. It's beautiful. It's long-lasting. Because of the higher oil content, I forgot to let the perfume do it's magic and let it dry. Going to bed right away after the first try left the first impression, which was negative, last longer than it should have. Lovely everyday perfune

Love love this perfume. I wore Tiffany’s for years. Always got complements. They discontinued that fragrance. A very helpful man matched closest scent. Wish I remembered his name. He knew his perfumes.

Perfumaholic

So glad Hermes resolved the bottle issue. Like others waited patiently for a year. Could only buy 50ml as still limited stock. This perfume is a favourite of mine. It enrobes the senses and lingers so you get a little whiff, reminding you it's still there after several hours. It might go back to the 90s, but having tried many more recent perfumes, I still feel it holds a strong place in beautiful notes that compose this scent

Worth every penny

The only fragrance I never get tired of. I consider it a luxury and I get sincere compliments. It makes me feel special to wear it. Love, love, love it. I wish Macy's carried the ancillary products as well.
