As I was away when my product arrived, imagine my surprise to find my spare room had it's new curtains put up by my husband - surprised yes, but certainly not happy with the quality of the product! These curtains were rated as 'black out' curtains & they definitely are not - there is no backing whatsoever on the material used & you can see daylight through the weave.I actually don't want this product & would like to be refunded my money. Please advise the due process.

Lovely and soft and without that thick backing they hang softly and look quite chique. This is the 3rd set i have purchased and they do a good job of blocking out the sun, heat and light. Not sure how long they will last but they look great and do the job so no reason to believe they wont last at least as long as the old style ones that go black at the back after a while. I have both the soft green and the light grey ones. They are very long so i had to cut and hem the bottoms but the fabric was easy to work with. I am a novice when it comes to sewing. Excellent price - cant fault them.

These curtains are fantastic at blocking out the light. I've been waiting 3 years for curtains for my bedroom and these are fantastic. I bought the shorter ones so that they can't gather dust on the floor. Easy to put on a curtain rod, instantly makes the room darker. The grey colour is quite a dark grey.
It's hard to find premade black curtains, and I'd almost given up hope.These are fantastic!Made from lightweight material, and high quality stitching - even my cats play inside and around them.They block out all light - including the street lights, keep the heat out during summer, and the heat in during winter.They are perfect in my 1940 home bedroom.
Curtains are definitely not block out curtains. You can see the window frame behind them. My older block out curtains actually still block out more then these.There's also areas that aren't even sewn up properly as you can see in holes in the photos and areas that have less fabric. These curtains have only been up for 2 days.
Purchased these curtains for a bedroom. Nice and thick, black both sides and I love the eyelet style. A bit hard to iron out the creases but I'm not too bothered by that.Not completely blackout but do a decent job. You get two per pack and are so much cheaper than buying from other retailers who often only have one per pack at a higher price. Took about 10 days to receive from Australia but worth the wait. Super happy with these.

Beautiful soft material, not completely blockout but pretty good.Perfect length and great wide width, which is very hard to find,Looked long & hard at Spotlight with no joy.Was pleased to finally find something to meet size requirements.
