3.8m Multipurpose Telescopic Folding Ladder Aluminium Alloy Extension

Very useful and reliable though a bit heavier than expected. Will be good for tradesmen who use it regularly and are strong of body.

I really don't know. I have just taken it out of its box and seen it for the first time. I have to send away for the on-line assembly manual and that's an irritation - why didn't they just put one in the box with the ladder?

This ladder was bought to provide easy access to my caravan roof as well as being easy to carry in the caravan. It satisfys both requirements as well as being more robust than expected.

My husband was very happy with the ladder and said it was of a good quality.

Bought this item as a present for someone who had bought a house and was doing some renovations. He was very happy with the item.

This product did not come up to my expectations because...1. it had a none aligned hole for the assembly of its base stabiliser bar, leaving me no option to either return the item for a exchange (time consuming) or fix it myself by re drilling the hole for bolt alignment of which I did.2. On trial of the unit as a extended step ladder to its height, I found it to be supportive, but a little unstable in its sideways movement as it had no braces of any kind fitted. It totally relied on the catch mechanisms for cross bracing ...of which I found to be wanting...3. I have not used this ladder fully extended to its 3.8 M as I do not consider it safe to do so IMO5. I would not recommend this product for any job except in a standbye situation in case of no better options than use it for a one time usage. I do not see it suiting a tradesperson as Myself.

A little heavy and awkward to use initially. Need a little practice, but works well.

It's not the most sturdy ladder, but it is a very good option if you need to transport it (in a car) or for compact storage.It can be used as a step-ladder, fully extended, or L-shaped.
