I normally do weighted dips and pull-ups with a plate hanging between my legs and it can be awkward at times. I decided to switch to using this vest and I've found that it is much more practical. The weight is perfectly distributed and the vest is very easy to setup and adjust.

I recently purchased the Weight Vest + 30 kg and couldn't be happier. The vest allows for the easy insert/removal of the 1 kg steel blocks across the front and back to your liking. The Customer Service was excellent and would recommend this product.
Communication with delivery was fantastic. Material is good quality. Easy to adjust for right size and with weights. Good value for money. Comfortable to wear.
I purchased this vest a few months back and it is amazing! The fit is very snug and balanced so there are no issues with burpees, jumping jacks, running, etc. Great quality material feels very durable.

I recently upgraded from a 20kg vest from another brand to the AlphaFit 30kg vest. I've had this vest for 1 month now and have used it multiple times already in my training. I love that it's full adjustable and fits snug against my body. Being able to increase the weight slowly 1kg at a time has also been a great attribute and really aided me in transitioning from the 20kg.

Heavier than I expected. That sounds silly but I am used to doing weighted exercises with a belt and do have 1RM chin in excess of 20kg which is why I went for this vest. Compared to a belt I found this tough. Used for some leg work. It will give me plenty of time for progression.
