Terrible customer service. Let down badly

I am speechless and angry beyond words. My 6yr old daughter will wake up tomorrow without her Christmas present I ordered online 10th November (order No.1089024580).I have rang MyerOne 5 times and been told that I’d be contacted back and not once did I receive any correspondence.I’ve had every excuse regarding your useless couriers (Aramex) who not only didn’t leave any cards when attempting to deliver but then had strict instructions to leave at Local Post Office if not home which again they failed to comply nor leave a card the second time round.I am absolutely furious with the Customer Service or should I say lack of from a reputable company like Myer.In desperation I rang MyerOne Support again on Wednesday and demanded to know where my gift was as if it ... MoreI am speechless and angry beyond words. My 6yr old daughter will wake up tomorrow without her Christmas present I ordered online 10th November (order No.1089024580).I have rang MyerOne 5 times and been told that I’d be contacted back and not once did I receive any correspondence.I’ve had every excuse regarding your useless couriers (Aramex) who not only didn’t leave any cards when attempting to deliver but then had strict instructions to leave at Local Post Office if not home which again they failed to comply nor leave a card the second time round.I am absolutely furious with the Customer Service or should I say lack of from a reputable company like Myer.In desperation I rang MyerOne Support again on Wednesday and demanded to know where my gift was as if it couldn’t be delivered, I would go pick it up where ever it was as I had to have it at latest by today Dec 24th. I was told they couldn’t tell me where it was or couldn’t contact the Courier company to see where it was.I was then told to could pick a similar gift which I was promised would be marked urgent and sent Express Post to ensure it arrived before Christmas which it hasn’t.I am soo angry and will NEVER EVER deal with Myer again and my disgusting experience will be shared and posted on social media.I was over promised and left standing a fool with no Christmas gift for my girl on an order placed over 6 weeks ago. This is extremely disappointing and just not good enough. I now need to rush out and buy something just so she can open a Christmas present she wouldn’t have had thanks to your incompetence.Thank you for ruining my Christmas and my deserving daughter Christmas spirit.Absolutely appalling and a disgrace.
