3DS New Super Mario Bros. 2 Toys/Spielzeug

Great graphics. Good sound. Love the Gameplay. Controls great. Storyline a lot like the first one. Overall great game, if you liked the super Mario then you'll definitely like this one.

Another classic!

I bought this today for my 5 year old who is obsessed with Super Mario. It’s really easy to play, some Mario’s are a bit harder for him. It’s pretty similar to Super Mario Bros in the layout. There’s 6 main worlds and two surprise worlds. He’s already up to world three and accessed one of the surprise worlds too. There’s a couple of differences compared to the first one. This one has the ability to fly/glide with a Tanuki suit which is different. You get a white/gold suit too if you keep losing - like I did! This makes you almost undefeatable. It’s almost like a cross between Super Mario Bros and Super Mario 3D Land, it seems to have features of both in it.Really enjoyable, for young and old! A great addition to any Super Mario collection.

Classic Mario Fun

Finally bought a copy after missing out when it originally launched. This is classic 2-d Mario gameplay similar to the games on the Wii and Wii-U with more emphasis on collecting coins this time around. It is fun but grew tired of it after a while as I've experienced this type of game already multiple times. Still solid gameplay regardless. Would recommend to anyone who likes platformers.

Got here quick! Box looks great and works as expected. No complaints. Great job!

the game card was in great condition when I bought it (don’t worry, it still is) and this game is so fun, especially for it costing £8 or £12 pounds! Basically it’s a platformer game and the storyline is the same old thing. The game challenges you to get 1,000,000 (1 million) coins as a side quest, though it’s not too much of a challenge when the game bombards you with coins like it does. This game can bring back many memories for the older audience who played Super Mario Bros. 3. not me though, because i wasn’t even alive when the game came out. mario 3 is good though. Anyway, I give this game a solid 4/5

Just a lot of fun.

Gameplay: solid, comfortable controls; good level design; engaging gameplay. 9/10 Story: its a Mario game, soooo..... 6/10 Graphics: Weirdly good for a handheld; rich vibrant colors; not super pixelated. 9/10 Sound: pretty good soundtrack, simple voice acting (just a couple words here and there). 8/10 Overall: a fun game that can bring many hours of joy to a player. 8/10

One of the only good New Super Mario games!

One of the best New Super Mario games by a mile. On par with Super Luigi U in terms of level design and well worth trying, even if you didn't enjoy the other games in the series. Also to note is that this game does have some pretty great DLC level packs, so well worth picking up this game and buying the DLC as well before the 3DS Eshop closes.Love buying physically from CEX too. Bought preowned from EB Games online before and I always end up with the lousy replacement covers. This came with all the original inserts and instruction booklets which is amazing, definitely using CEX to buy preowned games from here on out.

Same old Mario fun

New Super Mario Bros. 2 is essentially the third game in the New Super Mario Bros. series that began with New Super Mario Bros. for the Nintendo DS (Super Mario Bros. Wii being the second in this consideration). That said this game could really be looked at as a further refinement of the ideas first seen in the seminal Super Mario Bros. 3 that was released for the original NES twenty-four years ago. The world map/level selection screen, the various power ups Mario can obtain and the mushroom house bonus stage – to name a few - are all lifted from that game. None of this is to say that this game is bad by any stretch of the imagination. None of this is to say that this game is bad by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, it is an incredibly well designed and executed game but experienced Nintendo players may find themselves underwhelmed by this game’s familiarity. The new gameplay approach for NSMB2 seems to be its emphasis on coin collecting and the game has added a few new elements to the Mario side-scroller by the way of “golden” power ups that create even more coin collecting opportunities. The Golden Block turns Mario’s head into a block that spews coins (for example). Coin collecting in previous Mario games had always been more of a compulsory act and a means to collect extra lives. It’s unclear in NSBM2 if there is any sort of bonus for coin collecting other than bragging rights with your friends. In conclusion, New Super Mario Bros. 2 is a fine addition to the side scrolling Mario franchise even if it does feel a little predictable. I’d recommend it for any Mario fan but with the caveat that he should not be expecting a reinvention of the franchise but rather a very solid platformer.

[Rewarded Review] The best and most wonderful

Thank you 🥰😘😍😁 for the lovely 😻 video game 🎮. It’s very fun 🤩 and one of my favorite ❤️ to play because I enjoy ☺️ going through all of the worlds 🗺️, collecting all of the star ⭐️ coins, defeating bosses, and walking 🚶‍♀️ through all of the courses.
