I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. Wonderful product for those that are afraid to make nail holes in the wall! Who wouldn't want a strong wall hook that's capable of holding up to 15lbs? What you don't want is the gaping hole left from the drywall anchor and screw when your wall hook falls out! 3M CLAW Drywall Hooks to the rescue! Love the look, very classy, does the job!

3M provided me with a free 3M Claw Drywall Hook to use and review. The hook presses into the drywall with four prongs - no hammer needed. It's lightweight but sturdy. To remove, you pop off the cover then use a flat head screwdriver to gently pull it out of the wall. It does leave four small holes in the drywall from the prongs on the hook but the holes are much smaller and easier to fill in with putty or spackle than the holes left behind by drywall anchors.

This review is based on a product received free from 3M in exchange for my honest review.I was excited to see how well the CLAW work in my home based on what I had read about the product. I was very impressed by how easy it was to install and begin using. No having to find a stud in the wall or look for the right tool!I tried using it to hang a variety of things on the CLAW and eventually settled on an unframed picture. I will try to see if I can adjust the angle of the hook portion of the CLAW so I can hang a hat or something similar that needs more depth to support the item.Over all, I am very happy with this item and will consider purchasing more for other projects.

I volunteer to evaluate products for 3M and they sent me a free sample of the Claw drywall hooks, 15lbs. Very cool product and I love how they won't damage the walls like nails or anchors would. The design is sleek and when I went to the store and saw the other options they had, I was ready to purchase more of them and never go back to the "old" way of hanging pictures or items again. I started with a lighter picture, maybe about 7lbs and pulled on it, and it stayed put. So I'm pretty impressed with this drywall hook!
I received this product as a sample from 3M to evaluate.The product installation was easier than most drywall hooks since you only needed to locate it and press it into the drywall to use.I found the installation hooks were adequate, although you needed to get the angle correct, and also ensure that you weren't on top of a framing stud.Compared to a normal drywall mounting device, the fact that you were putting four holes into the drywall made me apprehensive. Compared to a winged hook, this was less noticeable than putting one large hole in the drywall.The design of the hooks ensured that it laid flat against the wall with no wobble in the hook.Overall, a very ingenious way to support the weight of something heavy.

This product saved me time, money, and my sanity! I needed to hang a slightly heavy mirror but did not have the tools and hardware required to do the job. Fortunately for me, I received a free 3M Claw Drywall Hook in exchange for my honest feedback! I was dubious at first, since the package claimed 'no studs' required ... I worried it wouldn't support the weight of of the mirror I wanted to hang. I was pleasantly surprised - not only did the 3M Claw Drywall Hook support the weight of my mirror, but it looks wonderful! I am 100% satisfied with the performance of the 3M Claw Drywall Hook. So much so that I am heading out to purchase additional hooks to use in my bathroom.
I thought this would be a good product to use in my garage to hang my lawnmower collection basket on one it’s not being used. Perfect size hook to hold this up and keep it out of the way. I had a hard time getting it into the drywall. Try multiple times only putting a small dent in the drywall. I tried to use a hammer to get some leverage to pound it in that did not work because of the angle, the hook when it folds over. I never really dig it in the wall securely. This is not a product I would use to the difficulty of insulation. I am a woman that is normally strong and exceptionally strong so I think it would be nice if there was a portion of. The clip sent that so I can use a hammer if needed. I’m a little disappointed in the product.
I really enjoy this product! I have had others from this same line, and I have been thoroughly impressed! This one is the perfect size to put in a mud room, foyer, etc. to hang book bags, purses, coats, etc. This holds really well, and does not leave huge holes in the walls. Very minimal damage left. Also great to hang in garages to use to store things as well. I will be buying more of these!

The product itself seems strong as metal and I like the color, is made of interlocked pieces wh I suppose to help to the setting in the wall. I did push the claw to the wall with my fingers as instructed but somehow it didn’t work, it was a bit harder than expected, I read the instructions again and I could not make it work properly. I love the idea, it did make little holes nothing major but I couldn’t go beyond that point. It is possible I did something wrong but can’t figure it out, the whole idea is great.
