Nice ear defenders, comfortable and slimline. Using in a woodwork shop Ive not noticed any significant advantage over my previous 1440 3m defenders which were good and a lot cheaper. Nice design but at a cost.

These are the best ear defenders iv used, very comfortable, light weight, easily adjustable and a fair price. I often use petrol equipment and disc cutters and they cut the noise dramatically even when wearing safety glasses they mould round the arms of the glasses and are just as good. I would not go back to the cheaper ones, they really are worth it. Plus they are a cool colour.

I bought a first pair 1 year ago and just bought a second pair.My daughter (12 years) loves them to study.Blocks out almost everything = complete silence for her to concentrate.

I work at an office that tends to get rather noisy. I have a pair of active noise cancelling headphones, but wanted something that wouldn't require charging or changing batteries. They work pretty well by themselves, although they only tune out more distant sounds effectively and only somewhat muffle nearby noises. These work maybe even better than the headphones did. When I pair them with in-ears, I get to enjoy music if I feel like it, and noise cancelling is really good with this combination. Everything is muted to the point that even people talking next to me sound like their mumbling fairly quietly. Even my (admittedly, quite inexpensive) active noise cancelling headphones required a pair of in-ears underneath them to get the level of noise isolation I wanted. ... Everything is muted to the point that even people talking next to me sound like their mumbling fairly quietly. Even my (admittedly, quite inexpensive) active noise cancelling headphones required a pair of in-ears underneath them to get the level of noise isolation I wanted. These are also pretty slim for how well the passively isolate and look almost like a colourful pair of headphones. While they clamp noticeably, after slanting them so my ears would fit the ear cups better, they are comfortable enough to wear all day (8-10 hours in an air conditioned office). The headband is either thick but flexible rubber or silicone. Quite comfy, too. The extensible yokes are plastic and don't feel particularly sturdy, but then I don't manipulate them often and they seem solid enough to last a good while.
They're not cheap, but they look great and work even better. Super comfy to wear for extended periods, you forget you're wearing them. More importantly they cut down the noise beautifully, even the noise from the Mrs is dulled down with these - amazing. Wouldn't be without these, they cost more, but they feel like a quality piece of kit. I'd buy this again if I had to, no question.
These ear defenders are not fit for purpose (Unless of course you have a head the size of a grapefruit). Ears don't fit in the pads properly as the apertures are too small. Due to tightness of the way the band has been made they squeeze the ears so hard as to cause real pain after a very short period. Worst ear defenders I've ever come across unfortunately. Waste of money.
C very comfortable, with glasses, headphones, I tried everything. The hulls are very compact for 33db of attenuation! Watch out, this is the roll bar version, there are no fixings for cax. Comfort foams are easy to find and replace.
Excellent. I am a service engineer and work in some extremely loud environments, so Ear Defenders are an important part of my PPE. I've always used the Peltor optime 3, which are great, but these are even better, the headband is more comfortable and they cut out all the noise you could want.
Over the years I've had mainly 3M ear defenders and these are fantastic. Ignore the price, if you use ear defenders then get these. They are exceptionally light, they don't stick out and hit things as the other ones (black and red) do. The db attenuation I think is better anyway despite stated as slightly less .I absolutely love them and so do my ears of course! You don't look like an insect either.Supremely comfortable and fluorescent green so you can easily find where you put them down.
I bought these to replace a no-name brand which didn’t have enough adjustment and therefore didn’t fit correctly. These are great - very lightweight and comfortable. Definitely recommended.
