Comfortable to wear and attenuates noise levels quite well. I use these 3M Peltor earmuffs X5A in my home workshop and in the garden. Recommended as value for money.

Way over priced for what they are yes they block noise good but they are uncomfortable and are expensive, the adjustment is also a cheap plastic slide.
