Happy with the quality but I’m not impressed with the colour. On the website the colour was a light pink called blush, but the actual colour is a darker dusty pink. I didn’t want dusty pink, you need to name products correctly, blush means a blush of pink. Very disappointed, if I wasn’t in lockdown I would have returned it. I would purchase more from your website but I can no longer trust your colour chart.

Great set of sheets. Well made and good quality. The fitted sheet fits my mattress perfectly (pillow top mattress). It would be good if the flat sheet was longer in length - it's 14cm shorter than my other flat sheets (different brands). The sheets feel nice and soft too.

I went onto your website. Typed in queen bed set. I purchased what I thought was 2 sets. I was very surprised and quite upset when we opened them there was only a fitted sheet. I rang you and spoke with a young man. He was very rude and basically said you need to read what you purchase.Even when you read the front packaging, in large bold lettering it states that it is a flat sheet, fitted sheet and 2 pillow cases. It is not until you look on the bottom right corner do you see a tiny sticker stating it is a queen bed fitted sheet.Very poor labelling and extremely poor customer service made this a very negative experience to the point of not wanting to deal with you again so went elsewhere to complete the bed sheet set, in different colour unfortunately
Perfect colour, soft texture. I Always iron my pillowcases but don't iron up that well.Still, I really like them and they stay in shape after washing.
The sheets are so luxurious, you immerse yourself into bed every night.Great value for money & good colour selection.Having the option for extra side wall length is such a huge benefit.
Disappointed that sheets included Sateen as it does not alleviate body heat. Product purchased due to ad stating "400 Thread Cotton Sheets" . Quality very acceptable but not for someone who must have pure Cotton bed linen for comfort. Should have been smarter and realised pricing was too cheap for Pure Cotton.
Good quality fitted sheet. Good elasticised sides go all the way around. Washed up well. Well priced and very prompt dispatch.
This is good pure cotton, washes well and has a deeper side. Would have given 5 stars but the pink colour was quite drab. Quick service and postage. Very happy though.
