The outer cabinet has a chipped area due to mass production.

Product is not good quality. The paint was worn in front panelled sections, looks old when its brand new. A middle slat was broken and there were two huge 3x3cm chunks out of the front panels which had just been painted over. Tried dealing with returns but they were terrible and I ended up giving up. Won't be buying from MyDeal again due to this!

Horrible product, bad customer service.I got this cabinet a few weeks ago to store my family’s shoes. The only shoes that fit on it are my 3 years old. Even my 10 years old shoes do not fit in it. When you open the drawer the shoes get caught on the heels. I tried to place the shoes any way you can imagine thinking there could be another way to do it but it always gets caught.I called them to advise the shoes do not fit so I cannot use the cabinet and to be eligible for a return I could not have assembled/used the cabinet. Took us 30 mins to assemble it - piece by piece. No sense - how could I know it didn’t work if I hadn’t used?
