461020 Mongrel Boots Black ZipSider Safety Boot With Scuff Cap, 8.5

I have fasciitis and this is the only boot I can wear now after 7 years of looking. these provide great support. I wear them every day, I took them to Europe in 2022 and walked km's over the battlefields Belgium and France and no issues, apart from the laces tend to come undone easily, but after I replaced them, no issues, Now I'm on my second pair.

Great boots and supporting local. Very comfortable and I don't get the sore back like some of the other brands. Been able to undo the zip while driving make an easy drive.

The boots are very well made and extremely comfortable. worth paying the price . for a decent wearable work boot. Great to see such excellent boots made in Australia. see , our products can be better than those from other countries. Stick to Aussie Made

Ankle Boots not for me

I thought id change boots from the usual boots I get. I honestly can't wear them, uncomfortable for me, rubbing near my ankle. I think I'll stick to the Oliver at boots next time. I cant fault the customer service from workwearhub hub though. Great customer service and quick delivery.

Great Boot

Love the shape for my wide feet. Very comfortable despite the steel cap, I don't even feel it. Especially like the support arch. Sturdy and easy to wear. Love it. My second pair of Mongrels and first boot still going strong.

Great raincoat

I would have preferred the yellow version of this coat, but unfortunately they were sold out so I got the orange. It says how popular this coat is if you can only get the one colour. Usually these coats are 3 in 1 but the 5 in 1 makes them so much better value and more useful. I highly recommend this rain coat.

I bought these boots as

I bought these boots as they are Australian-made and I wanted to support Australian manufacturing. Unfortunately, the side zipper keeps getting stuck on the "flap" of fabric inside the boot's zipper area, making it difficult to zip up/unzip the boots. With the boots being for a "male foot design", the boots (even though I chose the equivelant male/female size) is too roomy in the foot area and doesn't support my feet adequately. For my next boot purchase I will probably purchase the (Vietnamese-made) brand which has boots speficially designed for female feet, unless of course Mongrel Boots designs a boot for females in the meantime.

Pretty good

They had a trial by deluge and were very solid, no water got in, the material managed to repel the water excellently. I don't like how stiff the sole is though but I guess that's the nature of these kinds of boots. I didn't like the support in the insole and it pressed up against me feet and it made them sore and I felt there could be more support around the heel, I really had to tighten the boots to get them to feel right. I wish there was a half size smaller because I feel that would have fit better.

The Mongrel boots are good.

The Mongrel boots are good. However my first pair had a hard toe cap, not steel, which I preferred. Apparently the hard cap is not longer available - only steel. Please consider bringing back the hard toe cap for customers not requiring the more protective steel cap.The staff I dealt with at Workwearhub could not have been more helpful or pleasant. 110% thank you.

My husband was desperate for new boot and having had these before we stuck with the same brand due to comfort and durability. Due to the economic state of the country atm we needed the best price we could find. Yes I could have shopped local (VIC) but Work Wear Hub had these $10 cheaper and had sent me a gift card to the value of $30 for a spend over $150. It worked out $149.95 with free shipping rather than me having to venture out locally for $189.95.
