32:9 aspect ratio is truly immersive! Also this is the best HDR monitor I ever own.The only cons probably you should have better Local Dimming control method, for example only turn on the local dimming when watching movie and etc. as I found Windows is not very well control Local Dimming at bit dull and sometimes over contrast nor-matter how you adjust when using Windows as productivity.

AWESOME monitor, the only con, is that the instructions are extremely brief and crap. Theres no manual to explain how to properly set things up with multiple computers, just a crude drawing. No explanation on how to appropriately set the setting sup for multiple computers/monitors. You kinda just need to wing it and hope for the best. After some trial and error i got things working, but my wireless USB seems to go inactive if not using keyboard/mouse for a few mins, then lags, as it takes a good 20 seconds before it reactivates. Never had this problem when it was plugged directly to my laptop, seems to be something in the monitor

I am using this display for work with a MacBook Pro and not for gaming, therefore the strongest points of this display are not suitable for me.I chose this display because of the curvature (plus 32:9 aspect ratio), and nothing else, but I would say it's much better than the other display that I was using, CRG9. Indeed, the hallow effect is highly decreased, but it's not OLED. You simply cannot compare MBP's display with this one.The HDR in macOS is washed out, same thing I was experiencing with the other display, CRG9. Sometimes the display is flickering. It is not happening all the time when I play a video, therefore I didn't manage to identify a pattern.PRO:- curvature. I do not have to move closer with my head to read the information in the corners of the display, but just turn my head. I really recommend it for working.CON:- it doesn't have USB-C. This is bad for me as MacBooks are well known to have issues with external displays which are not using USB-C (when you wake up your display from sleeping, MBP does not send signal to the display anymore unless you reconnect the cable). I have solved this issue by using an eGPU (lucky me that I do not have a MBP with M1 CPU :) )

I bought my Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 Monitor With Quantum Mini-LED in November. I am glad to see there is continued support related to the monitor firmware. I have updated this twice since the purchase. In general, there are very view reasons not to get this monitor, simply the best.I will also invest in a separate stand / mount for the monitor, the best one on the market is available on Amazon, but is also a big investment.
5th generation compatibility is safer than the Philips old same time turner Ariel now we gonna have experience gaming an uplcolse3D interactive experience...to date
A near perfect monitor. The panel itself looks amazing, and the sheer size is just what I was looking for. Much better than having 2 separate 32inch monitors. People can talk about how amazing OLED's are but if you use your setup for work then I say this is the better option. At the end of the day the colors pop here as well. Monitor arrived with ZERO dead pixels which was fantastic. On a side note, for the FIFA fans you can almost see the whole pitch when playing on this screen, which is impressive. Also a quick word about Samsung's service in ordering online and the ease of use from the Samsung store app: Top notch service in my opinion. It even arrived earlier than was expected which made me so happy. Ofcourse I was notified in advance by Samsung on the date change. The monitor does take up a lot space on the desk with those huge feet the stand has but its understandable. I will be purchasing a monitor arm when possible, as there are no arms that can support the G95NC at the moment. The curve is really aggressive, I had no idea till I saw it with my own eyes, however, it's really growing on me. I notice that I'm not turning my head hardly at all despite using the whole screen and I realised its because of the curve. As long as you sit the correct distance your eyes can see most of the screen. This monitor would make my head spin if it was a flat panel no doubt, so good job Samsung in choosing 1000R.Connectivity-wise it has a lot of features and honestly the ports work just fine for me. I've connected a powered 12-port USB hub to the monitors USB port and left the second port free for monitor firmware upgrades. This way switching from PC1 to PC2 connects all devices to my other computers connected to the monitor. It gives you the ability to set the USB PC1 or 2 to each video port so I can connect up to three pcs to my monitor. I even use the last video input by connecting it to my main PC (2 video cables to the monitor DP & HDMI), this way I can split the monitor to show my main pc as 2 monitors which is a very handy feature to have. My only gripe and this one I believe is really important is that the monitor does not come with a remote to handle PBP, PIP, input switching, USB switching etc... as the interface at the bottom of the screen is very hard to use when you need to be switching to PIP mode and back often. It does have shortcut keys which really helps, but I'd have payed a little more for a remote control which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. Also the switching between USB PC1 to PC2 and vise versa could be a bit faster. Yes, its a rough call but if you use the monitor the way I am using it you would understand why I'm giving it only 4 stars.Despite the one pitfall, the monitor itself is just what I was looking for and will be using this for years to come.
I received this monitor a week ago and so far it's better than I expected. Bright images display nicely and have plenty of screen space. Games look amazing when run in full resolution but unfortunately can only manage around 60 FPS on my 3090 on ultra settings. Nvidia also don't allow for 240hz on full resolution. (120hz Max)An option to disable the optimise screen notification would be useful as it continues to tell me to set PC to full resolution at 240hz.Definitely a great monitor for future proofing as a graphics card capable of giving the best performance will be some time away.
Purchased the 57β Neo for work and play, aside from the current software limitation of 120hz on my RTX4090 this has been one of the best monitors I have ever used. The colours are great, the mini led with its 2k plus dimming zones provides a fantastic near OLED experience. The size and resolution is a dream and gaming is made possible by DLSS tho the adaptive sync leaves a bit to be desired
Amazing monitor! A great improvement over the previous 49" version. I love the auto-brightness feature and the colours really pop! The extra real estate is amazing for design software and gaming is a treat!
Very happy with the monitor. I bought it mainly because if the integrated KVM and using it for productivity, but games and movies are also great. There are some quirks like the automatic brightness adjustment causing flickering and you need to spent some time reading and playing with the settings. Also using Windows 11 is way better because of the centered start menu.
