A genetics test revealed my daughter was deficient in this amino acid (plus folate and B vitamins). She was feeling very anxious and depressed. Helps me go to sleep but does not make me groggy in the morning
I ordered the 5-HTP drops hoping they would help me either fall asleep sooner or stay asleep longer. They did both! I am getting back into a healthier sleep pattern and waking up feeling less exhausted in the morning.
Tastes surprisingly sweet like concentrated sugar. I haven’t taken it long enough to know if it works or not.
