Items were well packed. Box is intact and brand new looking. Some of the grenade bars were abit mushy - like 20% melted-softness so I quickly put them in the fridge once it arrived to firm it up a little. Not the seller’s fault, possibly due to 2 day delivery schedule, ninjavan very hot… caused the bars to go soft a little. Using this for my fat loss diet - paired with daily cardio as I have a sweet tooth. My protein layered is very good… as well as grenade. Solid, love the white and milk Choco flavoursNo more free protein gifts like they used to do - no extra sample bars from other brands or shakes anymore… abit disappointed but it’s a small thing.

I got the chocolate fudge box & speculoos (biscoff/lotus) too. Chocolate fudge = slightly better but still weird vague taste 3/10. Speculoos = a lot tastier and are probably the best flavour on offer 6/10. PB = 1/10 a bar of mouth-drying texture absent of any taste. Myprotein please do better on these bars, they're terrible compared to the likes of Bulk's & the Mars protein range. First of all, I love these bars! My favourite is the birthday cake ones (they're so nice and sweet) and, secondly, white gold (so much like a Caramac!). And 25g protein! That's MUCH higher than most competitors! But, now, the negatives... Firstly (and most obviously), they ALL contain palm oil, and there's no label of it being ethically sourced (you would have thought if it was sourced correctly, they'd advertise that, and, as they don't, you must assume it's badly sourced...). Tried to do a subscription for them once - total fiasco! If one flavour was out of stock, yes, you could change it (if you knew), but no-one will tell you... I love the layered bar in the easter egg flavour, it's literally so soft and cakey and has a chocolate sauce layer inside that is dreamy. However, when re-ordering the easter egg ones (they're limited edition so 10/10 recommend getting them while you can), I also ordered the speculoos, white gold and chocolate fudge ones. I'd say none of them really do it for me sadly. The Speculoos one is probably the best of the 3 but it is definitely not as 'Biscoff' flavoured as I'd hoped. It's more cinammon-y than I prefer though so if you like cinnamon you may love them. The texture of the white gold and fudge flavoured ones are just too stodgy and chewy for me compared to the easter egg one. Basically, these are great in the easter egg one, not sure I love the rest.

I stupidly followed reviews of the cake variant, in this case the Vanilla Birthday Cake and its nothing like a cake and typically for a protein bar, very hard until slightly warmed from summer storage. Its a very artificial tasting bar thats imho quite unpleasant. If you think this tastes like a cake you guys need to visit a decent cake shop or learn how to bake! Choc Sundae, Brown Sugar Bubble Tea & Choc Peanut Pretzel are more passable but taste is subjective. Don't do what I did and order a whole box during a promotion, I'm now stuck with 12 of these things. Protien bars are essential and cost effective in today's trend of adding 2 quid to anything with protien on the label, also good mix for macros in 12 bar cases. Cookies are an acquired taste but again macro important for dietary requirements. I even recommend the syrups and spreads to give your overnight Oats and greek yogurts a sweet fix and change ups for tastbuds. The pro of this is obviously if you love peanut butter they will be your thing. I would say more like a peanut butter fudge than anything though.
