Graphics are good, runs rather decently smooth/responsive almost to the point of being considered you might almost mistake it for a VULKAN freesync title but yeah nah not quite that good. Its story and setting are kinda dumb? the weapons seem cool till you realise how very much they all arent and that average rocks are miles better than them. As a person with mental illness i just thought the entire game was a mental illness simulator. But i'd only played majority of the game and unlocked all the weapons. I'd not finished it completely and dont know how it ends. But yeah if its sold cheaply and you want a solo campaign game give it a go if you love shooters and want a novelty twist where rocks are the new guns and bullets and you tear rocks outta the concrete walls ... MoreGraphics are good, runs rather decently smooth/responsive almost to the point of being considered you might almost mistake it for a VULKAN freesync title but yeah nah not quite that good. Because screw keys and normal fetch quests.. or you know mind powers? lets have strange post it notes with geometric patterns hidden around be a secret code the aliens could never break.

This is an atmospheric game. It's a looker and a sounder (the ambience is beautiful, sound, music cues, it's just spot on). While I personally never found any character in Remedy games more likable than Mr. Wake, I don't feel bugged by Jesse. Not as much as by almost the entire Quantum-Break-cast which just oozed Hollywood-by-numbers. An intricate web of information and details is woven. The narrative feels right. Timing wise, content wise. It's presented beautifully. There's a certain colour curve and grain over everything, that lends itself fittingly to the 60-70's-ish interior and feel of the Bureau. Gunplay feels quick and responsive, there's lots of physical game mechanics that are rally fun to learn and use. Feels very potent. Highly recommended. Get on it, you

I've bought this game on a whim, because it was a great deal, but I didn't know anything about it. It was sitting in my library for a while, until I've played Alan Wake. Then I've learned that this game is somehow connected to it, so I gave it a go. Wow, I was in for surprise. It's one of my favourite games now. I couldn't put it down until I've unlocked all the achievements and find all the secrets. Awesome action, great characters, crazy puzzles and beautiful graphics. Very immersive. I'm really glad I've found this. Remedy knocked it out of the park.

This is an awesome game. I think I'm halfway at the moment, so I have not yet discovered everything, but the gameplay is smooth, graphics are great and the story is thrilling and well thought out. Convincing main character as well. This game is exciting and also a bit scary. Although I am not a very experienced gamer in this genre, I enjoy every second of it.
A fantastic narrative that is packed with well designed mechanics, intelligent AI and the graphics that immerse the player in a well-written story. Honestly can't believe this isn't a show on Netflix or Amazon. Doesn't hurt that I was able to snag the ultimate edition on Fanatical for 9.99! Beat everyone's prices. So! Awesome Price, Awesome Graphics, Awesome Gameplay and Awesome Graphics.
I have played this Game on PS as well and wanted to replay it on PC. The Port is well put together no major issues with stuttering and frame rates stay pretty consistent thru out. I would 100% recommend this game if you are the type that enjoy a good psychological style horror.
I absolutely loved wrecking The Oldest House, as well hurling a large vehicle at the Hiss! At first, I felt a bit uneasy to continue, as the Launch ability was still somewhat odd to me. I'm glad I didn't quit the game, I kept trudging, all the way to AWE, when that tall spooky thing chased me. I also loved The Foundation; the art was impeccable! I adored Jesse for putting the Board in their place in this DLC, how she took two crystal-bending powers, awesome! The story might progress a bit slow at first, but it does not disappoint! Love this game and Remedy! Waiting for Control 2!!!!!
First impression - creepy. For some time while playing I tough it was a horror game, but apparently, it is not. Overall I like it. Didn't finish it but the story is good and the gameplay is nice as well. Sadly my 1060 is not the best GPU to play on higher settings which is sad cuz I can see how good this game could look when played on a higher-end GPU. :(
A weird game, with a great, original story which is very refreshing these days, with a bizarre sense of humour and generally mind-bending plotlines. Solid gameplay, solid protagonist, even the side characters are interesting. Progression system is well balanced and you genuinely feel powerful once you start upgrading. Honestly worth full price just for the Threshold Kids (you'll see what I mean). And live-action cutscenes dotted around the place which is, again, refreshing and endearing; it shows the developers really cared about making something good. And boy did they succeed. It's a shame more people aren't talking about this game. It's one of the best I've played in years.
