The stitching on every single cushion cover has come apart. Some came apart at the zip, others in the corners. I have had to restitch all of them. Disgraceful quality.

Love my new outdoor lounge. It took my daughter & I a few hours to assemble but well worth it. It is quite light, so easy to change the configuration to suit your space or mood. Great storage unit to keep cushions in good condition. Very happy.

Rubbish - I'm king of flat pack building but this was the worst thing I've ever put together. Terrible instructions, cheap bolts that thread under the smallest amount of tension. First thing I've ever regretted buying from T&W.

Better than expected

Placed the order on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. Super fast delivery.Opened the three boxes and was pleasantly surprised to find that the cushions were quite firm and the fabric coverings were fairly good quality. From other photos posted I was expecting them to be of a lower quality. The build of the chairs and joins seems to be good, the screws and fittings were also of an acceptable quality. Only had a issue with a couple of the joints not fitting correctly, but overall, as you can see from the photos it came together well and looks fantastic. Our new outdoor setting from Dreamo looks premium without the premium price. Plus the little storage bin gives use much needed space for hiding away unsightly clutter.Well done Dreamo!

Disappointed

Communication is extremely poor. After waiting all out 2 weeks and hearing nothing I contacted support. After 3 days of emailing I was finally advised my lunge was being dispatched. I ordered 9th December and expected delivery in time for Christmas, which didn't happen finally received 29th Dec.THE PACKAGING WAS DAMAGED,The legs all have scratches on then,Quality of workmanship is poor. We needed to,glue some of the rattan ends to stop them coming undone.Very time consuming putting it together.Whilst waiting for the lounge there was a price drop of around $60, however not offered to us.Regretful purchase

Pleased with this purchase

I read a fair amount of negative posts on deliveries. My experience was all good. As for the lounge it measures up to the price fairly. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was due to assembly. Felt like an eternity to put together.

This set of outdoor furniture meets all my requirements. It can be freely arranged and made of waterproof materials. I like it very much.
