My poor puppy was so sick on this food and was so malnutritioned. She did not put weight on. Please DO NOT feed your puppy this dog food. The vet and pet store confirmed that this has no protein or fats a puppy needs. So many other peoples dogs go so sick of this rubbish food... please do your research befor giving your dog this rubbish...

Our mixed breed, 30kg, 9 year old boy loves Optimum. We used to give him cheaper supermarket food and he would begrudgingly eat it. Since switching to Optimum he is much happier. One meal a day of 400g wet and 200g dry food. Vet is very happy with his weight & dental health.

Makes my American staff have severe uncontrolable diarrhoea. He had this happen a couple of months ago so I stopped using it, then again I tried it thinking it may have been something else, as he get treats and dry food and other 2 dogs were fine. Tried it last night and guess what, come home today to a house full of diarrhoea. Wont use again and still have 12 cans left.

My two mini schnauzers have been on optimum chicken and rice since puppies 🐶 and they still love it at the age of three. I have not experienced any problems and would recommend this dog food.
This canned puppy food is very popular with our puppy. I tried ither brands and he just doesn't like, leaving it in his bowl.Optimum is the only choice for our puppy!
Our dogs start annoying us about fifteen mins before their dinner time every day because they absolutely love this food. They have glossy coats and are fit and healthy even though being older. Great quality and value for money. Highly recommended.
My Pomeranian is very picky and does not even eat the "top rated" canned food which is 95% meat and vegetable mix. But he did eat this Optimum chicken and rice flavour. Recommended and used by vets, I will be buying him some more
Cans arrived dinted, busted and leaking. Most unusable as busted tins had let air in and spoilt food, only a few tins had not split at bottom. Really disappointing considering I can get perfectly good cans at Woolies for same price on special. I bought bulk from you for convenience but totally not worth it.
Mixing with Optimum dry food range I find is always a meal that is eaten. Be careful to weigh/ration food out in recommended serve sizes and store in non metallic container in your fridge.
We love our fur babies so only want the best. The Vet recommended this as the best for nutritional value for our babies, there are never any left overs at meal time.
