A Taste of Thai Peanut Satay Sauce

This is a perfect little sauce that covers a large pan of your peanut satay dish of veggies or meat and noodles/tufu/etc. dish. This jar seems tiny but packs a big taste-that’s why it can flavor a lot with a small jar. It has the coconut flavor/milk in it too which gives it a little sweet taste. The quality is really good for the price. This is all you need-it’s all in this one bottle! Don’t add coconut milk or it dilutes the flavor. You can sprinkle peanuts or cashews and green onions on top. The ingredients are a combination of various ones that bring out the flavors you need to make this restaurant meal at home. Versatile ready to add what you like. Tastes awesome, exotic goodness.

I really liked this sauce and have already ordered another one. I like that basically the sauce is already prepared for you-there’s peanut and coconut already inside. You just need to make the rice noodles, and add whatever else, like meat/tofu, vegetables. The taste is authentic, and this little jar can flavor a large portion (noodles & all) with its consistency and spices. Don’t add any broth or coconut milk as it will dilute the flavor. It is perfect as it is. This is a keeper because it’s so simple but so much like a authentic, Thai peanut dish, in a restaurant. A money saver and a treat for having variety of tastes for meals.

I love eating satay when I'm in S.E. Asia, so I thought I'd give A Taste of Thai Peanut Satay Sauce a try. The jar is small, but there is a lot in there and will result in multiple uses until it is gone. Cost-wise, it's a bargain. And taste, it is pretty accurate. Maybe a touch sweet (satay sauce is basically spicy peanut butter), but it was fine by me. I bought some yakitori from the supermarket and added the satay sauce as a dipping sauce. Came out great. I will be buying this one again.
