The lock and cable are of high quality and would merit 5 stars. There was, however, a slight problem with the manufacturer's packaging: one of the zip-ties attaching the cable to the lock had been over-tightened and so it cut into the plastic sleeve on the shackle right through to the underlying metal.

Heavy but sturdy, which is exactly what I wanted. I slightly misjudged the size of the lock: 30cm is the internal measurement, not the external measurement so it's bigger than I needed. Easy to use and smooth mechanism.

The first one arrived damaged, but Tredz dealt with the return very promptly and efficiently. The new one arrived and is everything I expected it to be.

Standard ( free delivery) arrived within 48 hours. No excessive packaging but size and quality of product look great.Used it a few times and seems a really sturdy lock giving me confidence to leave my bike unattended for shortish period while I shop locally.Great service.
Good version of this lock with improvements over the previous iteration. Other brands (Masterlock) supply four keys with their locks which if you share a bike or have to reshuffle bikes with other family members, is super useful. Abus supply two keys with this lock. More would be good.
Very pleased with this product. I've had one for years, it's a good weight, fits easily on my bike frame and it's definitely resisted a theft attempt or two. I only had to buy a new one because I lost all my keys for my first one! It seems almost identical to the last one, so I'm happy.
Great lock and very solid. Item as described and could probably lock two bikes together if needed. Fast delivery and item arrived quickly.
Lock itself is decent and lightweight due to its small size. The lockholder broke after just 3km after I accidentally bumped my heel into it.
Lock seems very robust. Can be a little fiddly getting the bottom pushed on far enough to lock but not a big problem. Note: Abus charge around Ј20 for replacement keys which I don't believe can be cut at local locksmiths (not mine!) - Kryptonite will send a first replacement set free
Easy to fit. Would be easier to reattach to the bike frame if the locking bit with the key in it could be keyed into the plastic holder in some way to auto-align it to receive the U bit. Minor gripe.
