Chinotto is a bitter orange that Italians made into a very popular soda! I'd describe this fragrance as a chypre floral. The middle notes consist of a beautiful mix of jasmine, geranium, cardamon, and fresh rosemary. It also has a base note of patchouli and musk, which adds a sublime warmth to temper all of the bright, sunny components. To me, it smells as if I'm on the beaches of Greece. Gorgeous fragrance!

Its not the most popular in the ADP Blu range but imo the best - certainly if you want a Citrus type fragrance. The other ADP Blu that are citrus based are Bergamotto di Calabria and Arancia di Capri. Chinotto di Liguria is more interesting that the others , more complex and robust and more masculine.

I don't mind reapplying citrusy Fragrances because it's nice to refresh the opening notes. This has a cooling effect and it smells like a real orange which is hard to nail. Only drawback is longevity. Get it discounted and get a big bottle if you know you want to smell like realistic orange with some added sweetness
I bought this in February thinking that it would be a lovely summer fragrance. However given the current situation I started using it a few weeks ago. It is glorious, fresh and not at all sweet. Alongside the citrus scent there is a beautiful hint of cardamom and patchouli. Delightful.
Initially this has a light fruity scent then I find everything blends together into a faded clean scent. Sadly this does not last any time on my skin even if I apply multiple layers but I do have this issue with many fragrances. I don’t know if it because it fades so fast but after a few minutes on my skin it’s a nice fresh scent but with nothing noticeable it could be any clean soap scent. It’s unisex not too fruity or floral and I think it could work great as a layering scent but for me it’s just too bland on my skin.
Received this as a gift recently. Had never tried this fragrance before - usually wear colonia intensa which I love as as it’s not too sweet. This fragrance is very nice indeed and I’m really pleased with it. Very nice gift indeed and I will buy it for myself next time
I bought this scent coming back from my holiday in Italy. I love the fact that this fragrance brings back my beautiful memories since it's got the scent of the famous Italian fizzy juice. The scent is sharp and refreshing and floral. It reminds me of summer, sunshine, fruits and colourful flowers.
I've been using this for the past year and I would say it's a great purchase. The scent is perfect for both summer and winter and the bottle lasts forever. I highly recommend picking up this product if you're looking to get a new cologne without breaking the bank.

It is very versatile across many situations and for those in naturally warmer regions, this can be considered signature scent worthy. Performance though isn’t good, but given the relatively cheap price points you can find this at discounters, you can overspray or reapply without hurting the wallet! Joe Average take: An affordable niche that checks many boxes including affordability! Chinotto has a great scent profile and can be worn in many life situations. Not bad, not bad at all, even if performance is lacking. Full bottle worthy. Score 8.5/10
