This is a very nice cologne that I received complimentary from Influenster and Acqua Di Parma. My boyfriend has been wearing it for over a month now and agrees that it is a good scent. First spray is very strong but it does settle into your clothes and on your skin quickly. I believe they describe many of their fragrances as gender neutral but this one is definitely more masculine leaning. There are a lot of notes in this cologne that I see in my own perfume collection and that helps to understand this scent better. Pink pepper, bergamot, musk, etc all show up in Colonia C.L.U.B. If you can wait for a sale I would recommend getting this scent for the men in your life.

Picked up a gift set of Acqua Di Parmas Bergamotto Di Calabria from John Lewis over the festive period after randomly checking out some of the fragrances on their shelves. I had never heard of the brand before but was instantly attracted to this scent upon first smelling the test card. Strong citrusy notes bergamot and citron and underlying hints of ginger, benzoin and vetyver make this a perfect fragrance for summer and day time use. The pleasant freshness of this fragrance is testament to the high quality ingredients used in its creation and the oils contained within can work to raise the spirits. The scent is obviously most powerful when first applied and although the longevity of the fragrance is pretty good, it doesnt last as long as some of my other fragrances ... MorePicked up a gift set of Acqua Di Parmas Bergamotto Di Calabria from John Lewis over the festive period after randomly checking out some of the fragrances on their shelves. Some reviews around the net state the odour only lasts for between 3045 minutes but for me I find it goes as far as three to four hours. I picked up the 150ml bottle and feel confident it will last me a decent length of time even with regular use. If you can pick up a gift set I am unsure if these are John Lewis exclusive you will also receive a 75ml size body lotion and shower gel, both of which smell just as good as the spray itself.Although quite pricey, I would highly recommend Bergamotto Di Calabria. I have had numerous compliments about my new purchase and it has quickly become my most popular scent. If you are looking for a fresh, uplifting summer fragrance you need not look any further than this effort by Acqua Di Parma.

Tuscano is a stunner and its scent profile can definitely compete with contemporary contenders. The opening is fresh tobacco leaf with a touch of smokiness, sweetness, and smooth suede. On the skin, the opening is quite fleeting but sprayed on clothes it lasts a bit longer. As Tobacco Tuscano dries down, powdery vanilla steps forward and is what makes this fragrance perfectly unisex. The overall combination is smooth and just a touch sweetcomforting and cozy. This is my favorite tobacco scent of all time and Ive smelled many. The downside is definitely the longevity. I dont mind that it doesnt project, but because its an eau de cologne concentration, its not meant to be longlasting. I hope for stronger concentration options in the future.

In my opinion, I believe this fragrance was designedto be a more mass-appealing scent than some ofthe others I tested while I was there. This is ADP'sentry into the "blue" fragrance world. And if someonesmelling this is not crazily into fragrances, I canimagine this would be a nice, casual, summer scentthat is versatile and will draw compliments withoutcreating a harsh scent cloud.I think this particular fragrance gets a lot of hate fordifferentiating from the original Colonia Club 2015.However, by itself, I still think it is a pleasantfragrance. Also, keep in mind this is an EDC, so the projectionand longevity aren't going to be as prominent asanother blue. This would be a great fragrance forteenagers who want to smell good from Marchthrough early September. Not exactly the mostunique, but it's not inoffensive whatsoever. This issomething that you can blind buy if you want tosmell similar to other popular blues.
I received this product for free from Influenster and Acqua Di Parma in exchange for my honest review. Today I am reviewing a lovely bonus sample from Acqua Di Parma that came in my Influenster VoxBox. The counterpart to the Colonia fragrance I reviewed yesterday, the "Colonia C.L.U.B." eau de cologne is a beautiful take on a woodsy musk perfume. I actually prefer this fragrance over the original "Colonia" in that it feels more delicate on the senses. There is this lovely freshness to the scent that seems to compliment my natural chemistry, without smelling intrusive or turning sour with the dry down. Looking at the olfactory notes, this rendition does have a lot in common with the original. There is this lovely freshness to the scent that seems to compliment my natural chemistry, without smelling intrusive or turning sour with the dry down. Looking at the olfactory notes, this rendition does have a lot in common with the original. There are the bright top notes of Italian bergamot and lemon, which are masterfully balanced with the spice of pink and black pepper. At the heart is a refreshing interplay of Shiso and Rosemary green notes - a theme that is reflected in the dark green hue of the product's canvas-like packaging. This is indeed a very "green" cologne, and I love that no one note seems to hog the olfactory space. The base is comprised of the familiar cedarwood and musk notes similarly found in many other colognes. I am usually quite sensitive to rosemary, however in this interpretation of "Colonia" I really don't mind it at all. I am not super familiar with the smell of Shiso but I think I might credit it for balancing out the harsh bitterness of the Rosemary. The overall theme of this cologne is togetherness, friends, and family - ie. your "inner circle" or "club" that makes you feel belonged. Personally, I prefer a more individualized, independence boosting concept when it comes to perfumes. Better than the original.
When I received this fragrance, I was met with a beautiful green packaging that complemented the bottle well. The packaging as well as the bottle both add on to the class that this brand offers. When I tested this fragrance for a week, I have noticed many pros and a con. When spraying the fragrance, you are met with a nice fresh and citrusy opening that later dries down to a light woody base. When I wore this fragrance, I felt like I was out at the lake/beach in a boat or a private club. The scent is pretty universal you can use it for a casual everyday or use it on a date night. Great for late spring to late summer. My only con is that the scent only last about 3-5 hours on my skin. However, the concentration is EUA DE COLOGNE which is a great projection for a EDC. ... MoreWhen I received this fragrance, I was met with a beautiful green packaging that complemented the bottle well. I received a complimentary sample in exchange for an honest review. I gave this cologne to my husband to test out. He said, "Acqua di Parma Colonia C.L.U.B. is a men's cologne that evokes memories of the maritime forests I'd visit throughout my childhood. It's a light, fresh scent that sits close to the skin. The citrusy notes are apparent but the spices really make this fragrance pop. There's the right amount of musk and cedarwood, as those two can be hard to balance. This is a great scent!" I think the scent is very nice on my husband. It's not overpowering at all. I'm glad the bottom notes of cedarwood and musk aren't suffocating. Highly recommended!
