Acuvue Vita 6 Pack Monthly Contact Lens

I’ve been using Air Optix contacts for years and have always been reasonably satisfied with them. I’ve also struggled with dry eyes for years and just assumed this was what happens when I wear contacts for 18 hours every day. My optometrist had me try the Acuvue Vita lenses and I was instantly hooked. Very comfortable, very easy to put in, and the moisture is unreal. Instead of putting in drops several times throughout the day, I do once before I put them in and once before I take them out and that’s it. I love these lenses more than I’ve ever had an opinion on contact lenses before.

The lenses live up to how they are supposed to. I gave a four star review because my employment puts my eyes through stress and there were times when I'd put in the lenses fresh out the box and wasn't seeing as sharply as I should - but, again...not attributing this to the lens. My body may just need the proper rest that I'm not giving it.I WOULD purchase this product again.

These contacts are like magic, truly! I've been through many brands and none have ever been this comfortable. I found myself constantly trying to push my imaginary glasses back up my face because I couldn't feel them in at all. Great longevity and moisture. Only con is they are a bit fragile and more prone to chips and tears (which I assume is why they're so comfortable in the first place, because they're so thin?)

really great contacts last time I got them, first box tho has all been so messed up. Either extremely uncomfortable or just nonstop falling out of eyes. I work outside so if one falls out it’s done for. Never had comfort issues with contacts, and I always buy this size and brand. Just a little disappointed because I went through almost 2 months worth in a 2 weeks.

I'm trying the Vitas after years of wearing Acuvue Oasys for dry eyes (both eyes +6.0 1 with astigmatism). My optometrist gave me a trial pair of the Vitas. I'm on my 3rd day of the Vita trial, and I'm finding they are not as comfortable as the Oasys. I put the Vita in 3 times this morning thinking I must have dust or an eyelash in my eye but never found anything on the lens itself - finally took it out and put in my Oasys lens which is into its 2nd week of wear: the feeling of something poking my eye is gone! I left the Vita in the other eye to compare each lens. The Vita definitely feels drier; the Oasys feels almost like nothing at all in my eyes. Depending on my mood, I may decide to wear them daily for weeks at a time or just on occasion and rely on glasses more often than not.Unfortunately, I have noticed prices for the most basic level of contacts increasing more and more over the last number of years when buying from a physical store. Great for dry eyes!!

Contacts were prescribed to me by my eye doctor. I have been wearing this brand for 2 years now and love them. I stare at a computer screen for 8+ hours per day and previous brands of contacts I've tried in the past were drying out mid-day, etc. These have been a game changer and work flawlessly. By the very end of the day when i'm ready for bed, the contacts will generally be at the point of being ready to be pulled out due to dryness but the other 95% of the day, they are perfect.

I switched from toric lenses

My prescription is strong (-11 and -12) and I have a mild astigmatism. I've worn toric lenses for years but my new eye doctor suggested giving these a try because he thought they would be more comfortable and I would have less trouble with protein build up. As far as comfort is concerned these are great. The only reason I gave them a 4 is because compared to toric lenses with these my vision isn't quite as clear. But for me the price and comfort level (and switching them every 30 days) makes up for the slight reduction in clarity. For those who've had trouble with tearing - I didn't realize that your fingers have to be wet with solution when taking them out. That wasn't the case with my other lenses. I would not buy this product again

These are by far the worst contact lenses I have ever worn in my life. The 1 year supply of 'monthly lenses' that I purchased lasted me less than 1 month (& cost me more than daily's would have)!!Every single lens (unopened in the package) was a deformed shape before I even put them in. I'm not sure if it was the uneven shape of each lens or the cheapness of the material that caused the lenses to pop off of my eye almost every time I wore them. The inability of these lenses to adhere to my eye impaired my ability to see even worse than if I would have had no contacts at all. On top of the terrible experience I had while wearing these contacts - after only a single wear every single lens was RIPPED along the edge!!!! My order arrived in perfect timing. I love these monthly contacts. They feel really great right up until it is about time to change, which makes sense. I can always tell when the month mark is approaching as they start to feel a bit blurry, but not super blurry. I highly recommend these for people who wear contacts daily.
