I am obsessed with aden + anais products. I especially LOVE their swaddle blankets, so much so that I think I own a crazy amount of them that is impractical and unnecessary, but I can't help it. I don't really use the swaddle blankets as actual swaddles because my baby is a strong kicker and will usually fight his way out of the swaddle if I wrap him up because they are so lightweight. However, I love these blankets for literally everything else! I reach for them when I need to burp my baby, wrap him up in an extra layer, need to block light while he naps, cover the car seat while running errands, etc. I am never more than 3 feet away from a swaddle blanket at all times. I love that they come in a wide variety of different styles and they're incredibly versatile.

I have purchased these swaddling cloths twice for two new mothers. One mom had a boy and the other a girl. They absolutely love them. They are so soft and just the perfect weight for wrapping their babies. The patterns and colors are just so sweet for both boys and girls. They also use them in the babies strollers. They did not shrink when they were washed and dried. They actually get softer the more they are washed. I felt so good that I purchased a winner for my friends. I would recommend them to all new mothers.

This brand is overrated. Each time I order deom them I get dissapointed. Overpriced. Got better ones from Could island 66% less expensive. Quality is better elsewhere too. Zero comfort for baby.
When I made my registry for my first baby, I didn't understand what I would actually use a muslin swaddle for - all of their uses seemed to apply to other things. A week after having our baby, I realized I would use it for *everything*. So far, we've used these: to soothe baby during the day while cuddling, as a stroller blanket, to tuck baby into the swing, breastfeeding cover, and as a makeshift burp cloth. The Aden & Anais swaddles are noticeably softer than muslins from other brands. The range of adorable prints are also a huge draw - these look very cute in pictures for a product that is so utilitarian. I definitely plan on gifting a set of these to all of my friends who are expecting!
These are the so snugly soft --- so much better than many of the other scratchy fabrics I've found for babies. They're breathable, versatile and wash up with the laundry for the inevitable spit ups in the first months of life. The prints are so spectacular that they make great picture backdrops for the monthly photo updates you'll do in the first year of life. I also really like that you get four swaddles in each pack and can easily swap them out.
I heard so many good things about this brand but these were definitely a big disappointment. They were so LINTY! When I opened the package the lint quickly filled the air around me. I’m not one to get an allergy easily but my eyes and nose got so uncomfortable. But again because I heard how good they were so I thought maybe they were supposed to be like this and they would be fine after washing. Boy am I wrong! More lint came out and got on my other clothing items. Definitely not safe for babies! I wrote to AA but got no response. Macy’s gave me a refund so that’s good. But I won’t try their product again. Maybe I was just unlucky to get a defective product but after some googling apparently I wasn’t alone!
Saw so many highly rated reviews everywhere about how great and soft the swaddle is. Decided to order a set, and....complete disappointment upon receiving. Come on, people. It’s not soft AT ALL. It felt super scratchy and hard on my hands. I wouldn’t even use it on myself, let alone a baby. Does it get soft after wash? I don’t know, but I’m not going to even try. Not to mention, it’s not organic. How is this a great product? Am I missing something here? I have the real one, or the one they make for target, buy buy baby, amazon etc.
