Bought these bad boys for training period of the Manchester Marathon 2024. Brilliant shoe and despite negative reviews previously, I have found them to be superb. The stack height is 50mm which some people tend to think detracts from stability, however this is not the case. The carbon plate/rods are on point and the cushioning is really good. I usually suffer from achilles issues during marathon training but not in these.

I bought these knowing it was potentially a gamble, in as much as many reviews diss the stability, but many have no issues…they are clearly a marmite shoe!Ultimately I love these shoes, I am a forefoot striker and quite a light footed runner; I’m sure that helps but they are as stable as pretty much any other race bread shoe out there.. I have endorphin pro 3, speed 2 and endorphin edge trail, and for me these are the most stable!!The cushioning is excellent in that it’s protective but still propulsive; the rods are flexible and for me, roll with my foot, so no stiff carbon plate fighting your natural gait etc.The upper is awesome, and the fit is accommodating. I do have a wide foot and I found that half a size up was perfect.
