I bought these shoes for my kid and the first day wearing them the holes that the laces go through broke so now the laces can not stay in the holes. I am returning them

A little disappointed that it’s not Japanese label pull tab at the back of the shoes. Should not use the Japanese tab image if that is not the product to be delivered.

Fit well, but so uncomfortable on the heel, the hard plastic is was comfortable on my foot, the colour of the shoes were also more yellow than cream
