Absolute rubbish!

These are a total waste of money. Within 3 days of my little boy wearing them all the foam was peeling off in various places and you could see right through to the mesh underneath. To look at the state of them you’d think he’d had them months, but they were ripped after the first day. An embarrassing product for a brand like Adidas.

Awful

I purchased the new style fingersave gloves as my son has loved the old 1's. But after purchasing them today (10.3.22) and him using them for 1 training session this evening, the palms are cutting up and falling apart already. At this rate they'll be for the bin after 2 games. Old style great, new style are dreadful and a total waste of money.

I bought these for my daughter about a month ago. They seened great at first, the fit and finger save features are brilliant, however the white underside of the glove is very soft and after 2 uses 40miniute of a kids football match the white underside of the fingers stared wo were away. These gloves have been worn maybe 5 times and we are having to look for new ones already, This has also happened to the other set of identical gloves our other other squad goal keeper had to that his parents bought for him

Excellent mid level goalie gloves
25 November 2021

Had these gloves 4 years ago before switching up in quality and price to Nike Spyne Pros and Promos. Great grip at this price point but hands get hot due to lack of ventilation holes in the fingers which more expensive models tend to have. This will likely mean they get smellier faster. Non removable spines though why you would want to remove the protection i dont know.

Extremely Disappointed
9 May 2023

I recently purchased a pair of Adidas Predator GL Match FS goalkeeper gloves, and I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of these gloves. After wearing them for the first time for just one hour-long match, I noticed that they were already peeling on the palm and backhand, despite the fact that I had not made any aggressive saves. Upon closer inspection, I even discovered a hole in the cushion between the fingers. I am deeply dissatisfied with the quality of these gloves, especially considering that they are more expensive than my previous, cheaper gloves, which lasted me five months and countless matches.I am left wondering if these gloves are a result of a manufacturing defect or if they are old stock that was not well kept or stored. ... MoreI recently purchased a pair of Adidas Predator GL Match FS goalkeeper gloves, and I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of these gloves. Regardless of the cause, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience. I'm currently in touch with Sports Direct's customer service team to resolve the issue, but I would advise anyone considering purchasing these gloves to think twice.

Flexible
12 May 2021

These gloves are flexible, soft, and a good fit. My son tried on a few others and these felt the best. On the field, they seem to perform well and are less clunky than the league-provided gloves he has borrowed inthe past. There is no more glove sharing due to covid so we needed to make the investment. We are very happy with this choice.

Great product
13 August 2023

My son is very happy with the goalie gloves. They were delivered by fastway which was a disaster. The fact they use fastway would put me off ordering online from sports direct again.

No durability
30 September 2020

I’m not experienced in goalkeeping so this may be normal but I’ve only used these for a few uses and they have been getting so destroyed. I got a pair of these and after one light use of them there were these big holes near the fingers like the one in my pictures. After seeing this I returned the pair and got another. I’ve used these just a few times by playing some minigames like World Cup with my friends and they have been getting destroyed. I had a 7 year old pair of cheap umbro gloves from when I was younger and when I got into goalkeeping this summer I started with those and although the latex is all messed up there are not as bad holes as what I got with these. Also the wrist band is too tight but the palm is too big I have trouble putting them on and ... MoreI’m not experienced in goalkeeping so this may be normal but I’ve only used these for a few uses and they have been getting so destroyed. Also the wrist band is too tight but the palm is too big I have trouble putting them on and especially taking them off after my training because my sweaty hands make the already small wristbands a big problem. Overall I’m not satisfied with this product.

Prompt delivery
22 June 2023

Great and prompt delivery although product size was a bit small and will have to order a larger size. I have used Adidas goalkeeper gloves in size 7 and have been ok. These which I ordered were size 7 but were small and in an attempt to fit it seems have split.

Torn/wripping after 1 week
16 June 2022

My 9 year old used these in the backyard for one week. The black layer near the thumbs already shredded and torn. Definitely not durable. I would expect that amount of wear/tear after a season or two. Not a week.
