Really comfortable for all day wear, breathable and waterproof with the Gortex lining. Super grippy on the wet trails or scrambling in the hills with the Continental grip sole! The adidas website recommends buying a half size bigger which I did and they were spot on as they fit perfect usually a size 9 but bought a 9.5! And in fairness they look pretty awesome too!

Great fast service by Tradeinnn. The adidas terrexAx4 shoe is a very nice looking shoe with a sole more akin to trekking across rocks or deep mud as oppose to a walk along a trail. The trainer is good value for money - all I will advise you to caution is that they - as some others have said - are a tight fit; I would advise going a half size up on your normal size, possibly a full size up if you want comfort and a wear a thick sock.

I bought these walking shoes about a month ago and I really like the look of them. The materials and build quality I can't fault but the price and fit aren't great. I am a size 11 and I normally have no problems with finding a shoe that fits. Unfortunately these shoes feel more like a 10 and they hurt my feet. At first I thought it was because they were new and prehaps they'd give a little, but after a month they still rub. Unfortunately I can't return them because I've worn them so that's £80 wasted. Someone who shops at my local charity shop is going to be SO happy. I guess what I'm saying is - buy a size bigger than you are.

The Terrex are “okay” for £55 however it is clear they are being made to a budget. The insole has been glued into differing positions in each shoe. Lacing and comfort generally is below that of a more conventional Gore-Tex hiking shoe manufacturer. I will stay with these for dog walks, but wish I had spent more and got better quality.
I normally wear size-43 footwear, so decided to order a 9.5, which proved the correct decision.Very comfortable and excellent to walk in ‘straight out of the box’. My first couple of walks were in long wet grass, and for the first time in quite a while (from using other supposedly waterproof shoes/boots), my feet remained completely dry. Just about to do some ‘gentle trekking’ in Scotland in the new shoes, and – if they ‘perform as anticipated’ – I’ll be buying a second pair when I return home. So far, so good!
I bought these shoes a couple months ago and have been wearing them daily just around Melbourne. I do a lot of walking though. The shoes are firm but comfortable. The upper is in great condition but the sole already has significant wear particularly the heal. It's a shame as otherwise really like these shoes.
My previous pair of these AX4 Goretex hiking shoes (bought only recently) were given a good workout in often difficult terrain in Scotland, and I was so pleased with them that I bought this second pair. The shoes gave me great reassurance when balancing on slippery boulders across water (for example), and come at an excellent price. And compared to similar shoes from another supplier (which soon looked very tired), these cleaned up so easily and still look fab. I bought size 9.5 when I usually wear a 9, and there is plenty of room. Very pleased.
Pretty good, the orange tabs are more like the illuminous oranges and not just orange. Very really good. Used for a walk up the fells the other day, good strong grip on dry grassy soil path. Seemed excellent grip on wet rock when crossing a small stream. Seem sturdy and are fully waterproof in shallow water. I have only given a four for style due to the otange being very bright in real life.
Bought last month. Thankfully I did. So much rain. So dry feet. Very well constructed shoe. Looks good too. For such a robust shoe, very comfortable indeed. Especially compared to other brands. Will Def buy Adidas again. And definitely use sports direct. Thankyou.
