I recently bought the trainers from sport direct hoping they'd be a great addition to my workouts. ButUnfortunately, the trainers were incredibly uncomfortable after wearing them for just a few days SPECIALLY if you want them for exercise or daily running . I tried different socks and adjustments, but nothing helped.1) because it’s made from recycled plastics you foot start to feel incredibly heated quickly after few minutes run .2) feel quieter heavier and next day for muscle aches.I Don’t recommend this trainers for running misleading but maybe for walk .
