Bought these for my nephew for Xmas who is a 9.5 shoe size, followed their size guide and ordered a size 10 to be safe and the shoes are inches shorter than his 9.5 and are realistically more like a size 7 or 8. Sports direct have refused an exchange or refund so my 5 year old nephew now has no Christmas present and is starting football in his old boots from last year and I’m out of pocket. Complaints team won’t help me and Adidas have said they will get involved if I give a reference number which sports direct refuse to provide to me as they don’t want Adidas getting involved :) awful

Kids soccor boots last well to be outgrown, the last adidas pair lasted so I will buy adidas now

Bought these thinking they were Laceless (as in the stretch ones based on the image) return process won’t work and recognise my order. Contacted House of Fraser and no answer as of yet.
Upon purchasing the store that purchased from werent helpful on finding another boot as unfortunately these runs on the larger side of sizing.These were returned to another store. While purchasing a different boot.
Went to Rebel on Mulgoa Rd, Penrith to buy my son some soccer boots. The staff there were very helpful and friendly
Boots are really nice and arrived really quick and in time for Christmas, but i did have one problem with them, I payed extra to have my daughters name on them but unfortunately her name wasn't on them and was to close to Christmas to send them back
