Our TCL aircon remote just randomly stopped working one morning and we couldnt find anywhere to fix it. We decided to purchase the Airconof Universal Remote even though we were sceptical it would even work. Much to our surprise it was simple to link with our aircon unit and we could change the settings, temperature and mode with ease. Definitely an awesome purchase and well worth the money. Very happy customer.

The universal remote is quite robust and is compatible with a wide range of air conditioners. It has the ability to change advance features like auto cool, dehumidifier, fan only etc. which normal uni remotes dont do. It worked with my air con and I would recommend this product.

Waste of time & money. This remote will not fully pair with my ac unit. I can pair using 4 of the listed codes for Daikin but will only partially pair so not fully functional . Cannot alter temp even after countless resets & going through every possible code listed.
We spent several hours, trying to program the remote. The instructions were complicated and unclear. We eventually managed to turn the aircon on, but ended up turning it off at the power board. I will spend the extra money and buy a new remote control from the manufacturer.
The remote is very easy to code and is compatible with numerous brand of various ages.Very pleased with the purchase. Meets all expectations.
Literally just point it at the unit, press the button and it does all the work. Don't take any notice of the instructions saying the unit has to be switched off first! Mine was stuck turned on and running and the remote programmed itself no problem at all. Also has eco features which you can use even on an old model split system aircon unit.
Easy to set up, really clear face & buttons - better than original. Ordered it online with Good Guys @ 9.30pm & ready for pick up by 9am next morning Would definitely recommend.
3 of us couodnt get the remote to work on a Panasonic air-conditioner. I drove all the way to the Robina store after a search online said Panasonic remotes were in store. When I arrived there was only 1 universal remote and I was told it would work any air conditioner. Followed instructions but it didn't work. Very disappointed.
Does the job to replace an old remote, pairing is easy you just need to use the automatic search function or it would take a small eternity to manually enter every possible code for your model. The instructions included were not correct which was annoying but after some experiments pressing or holding different combinations of buttons I managed to figure it out.The remote only allows you to select temperatures down to 17 degrees even though my original remote went to 16 but I dont think Id notice the difference.
