Some difficulties at first blowing into the device, changed ball size much easier to use then. Helps me calm down, regulate my breath. Love this device

I’m blown away 2 weeks ago I was using Dymista twice daily and Asmol 4 times a dayHave only used Asmol twice in 2 weeks and Dymista twice and both times was the day I didn’t use the air Physio. I’m literally out of the pain I have suffered since I was about 22 when I had to see a nurse weekly to bring up a cup of crap from my lungs. I’ve been on medication since I was a kid . I’m now 68 . My new GP recommend it and she wants to see me next week to see how I went
I do not see any results from the AirPhisio. I have tried many times over the 6 or 8 months I have had itA total waste of money!
