I bought these sneakers for my husband's bday.First the shoes came without the dust bag, I contacted the store in person, and they were unable to assist me. I called customer service, online, and they were unable to assist me either and I decided to go to another store in person and this last person said the sneakers never come with the dust bag. This is something ridiculous because you're buying a designer shoes for over $600, and all designs shoes bring their bag, so I don't understand what is going on here.Something else I want to mention is that the customer service at the store is horrible, the staff is very unprofessional and unhelpful.Something else I can add to the shoes quality is that they are very uncomfortable!Definitely not buying this brand anymore.

I normally purchase trainers from Cruise however due to parking restrictions I was advised of Flannels store. After reading shocking reviews online about trainers arriving used and marked I decided to go to store to look before purchasing. I couldn’t believe they had trainers on display that had used soles, dirty laces and score marks on the leather all at full cost. I purchased the last pair in my size and colour and had to clean one upper sole luckily it was surface dirt only. Do not purchase anything without seeing what you are paying for I still can’t believe how dirty the store and the stock was in The Forte Glasgow the McQueens I had on walking in had less damage to the soles than one pair on display!

Paid $600 fir sneakers - my daughter wore to school a few days a week for a few months. They fell apart - very cheaply made. I reached out AM and was asked to send pictures - I did. Then I was asked to mail them, I did out of my own dollar. The six weeks later, after I continually follow up, They tell me it’s normal wear and tear. She sat in a desk at school in them. Do not waste your money. Literally I’ve read other horrible reviews now and they are not worth the money. The customer service is horrible. They don’t even know where my shoes are as of right now, horrible.

These trainers were bought for our 17 year old Grandson. They look absolutely fantastic on and off his feet.We were all impressed how quickly they were delivered. I ordered them about 2.30pm the morning after about 9.30am they were delivered. Excellent service Flannels thank you

I purchased these on 3rd of June (see review on 13th) didn’t wear them until I went to airport right shoe squeaked EXTREMELY loudly through airport at 6.30am and the tongue of the right shoe cut into bottom of leg causing it to bleed and scab for 24 days? I did not expect to buy trainers I’ve always worn to find them so uncomfortable I haven’t been able to wear them since. Will be back to return them when I’m able… worn once if I could upload a video of the noise from this shoe in the airport I would, totally embarrassing when people with young children were commenting on the noise off of my trainer and it was echoing through the terminal. I bought these as a birthday present for myself and they feel horrible. I wanted to stop wearing uncomfortable heels so went into the flannels store and tried on the 6 and half as advised on the Web as I'm a size 7, they felt good so bought them online. Wore them for an outing and they hurt the whole time I had to go buy something cheap just so I can walk to the car. It ruined my birthday and I don't know what to do with them now as they've defeated the reason I got them for comfort. They're too expensive for me to feel this much pain. I can't return them as I've worn them and I can't wear them as I now hate them.
I received the trainers 13 days ago with stains on the laces, a dirty box and pen all over the box not to mention signs of wear on the actual trainers themselves (£340 trainers). Not what you would expect from a big company like yourselves. I’ve been trying to get this sorted for a fortnight and wait days at a time for a reply. Only thing I can say is I’m genuinely disappointed with the whole experience. Won’t be ordering from yous again.
They look so good IRL. LOVE the aesthetic, but they just don't work for my feet. The tongue is high & stiff, but I feel like I could "train" it by rolling it forward & pushing it out away from my foot. The dealbreaker is the heel slippage. My heel slides out every step. I bought my usual size & toes were right up on the toe box, so downsizing was not an option. I really wanted these to work, but they are so uncomfortable. Bought them for an walk-heavy Italian trip so...no.
these shoes are one of the best in the shoe game. they are so comfortable, i’ve worn these all day and no pain at all. you can definitely dress these up or down, they go perfect with everything. did i mention, these also give you height… if you wondering if you should get these, don’t even think twice, get them!!
