Having used light olive oil to cook with forever, I bought this once on special offer and have never looked back. It's cheap, healthy, neutral in flavour and excellent to fry with (doesn't go all smoky). Would highly recommend.

Check Rice Bran Oil out on the internet. This is better than most other oils for your health and cooking. What is not to like.

Really useful vegetable oil for cooking with neutral taste. I use it for baking cakes and making homemade granola. Excellent
I do a lot of Chinese cooking and this oil is second to none. It is clean, no smell and withstands a high heat. I definitely recommend it.
I've used this for a while now because of it's higher smoke point. Two moans though, they've changed the bottle to a tiny little one, which makes it less value for money and it spits like a b*****d and gets oil all over the cooker top and the floor.The latter I can put up because it's healthier than quite a few other oils, but the warning is there for those who care to read it.
This oil works well and doesn't burn at high temperatures so it is healthier for you than when cooking with olive oil at high temperatures.
The latest bottle of this looks very different from all my previous purchases even the consistency looks different. I have not used it yet so will see how it performs.
I use this oil for months and it's the best for me. Doesnt feel/smell in your food . Perfect and not expensive.
Now that I've found this oil, I wouldn't use any other. It's very light, and doesn't add any unwanted flavour to, for instance, delicate Chinese flavours. Also, it has a high flash point, and doesn't turn into any nasty Trans Fat like some oils do. Wouldn't be without it.
