Good product, one piece of wood broke first time sitting on it but My Deal were great with trying to replace it but they were out of stock so gave a refund to replace part. Excellent service!

You get what you pay for! The quality of the wood is terrible and I think someone threw paint from a distance because the paintwork is sparse and uneven.Have had to paint the furniture as I’m sure the first rain that hits it will wash the little bit of paint off!So disappointed with the comfort, appearance and quality

Seats are good quality and great price. The only issue I had was the table not sturdy enough otherwise worth the price.

Parts missingVery poor quality not as described in product descriptionPaint surface marked and opaque very rough finishHave requested a refund still waitingWould not recommend
Poor quality, only a light coat of paint and bowed pieces. The back left leg on one chair sits 3cm off the ground. When you sit in it, it rocks and doesn't sit straight. Finish was so poor I had to give it 3 x coats of paint to be able to leave it outside. Let's see if they last 12 months.
One chair arrived broken and split. They had no more chairs to replace the broken one but offered me a partial refund. After many emails I was over the hassle so accepted the partial refund. I am still waiting for the refund and have not heard anything from them.Terrible service and product.
These are basic pine with a splash of paint to make them look shabby chic. The smell was very strong. I have had to paint them to be able to use them.
Purchased on sale, both chairs came with a split piece of wood, offered partial refund when requested full refund of faulty chairs. do not purchase. low quality and faulty
The workmanship is not very good , wood rough, painting not even finished properly. Disappointing.
the photos really tell the story, I purchased on the basis of the displayed features and quality. however the quality was not delivered in the finish of the quality of the timber used. The “paint” was so thin it was almost transparent, so I cannot see that this product was really designed for outdoors. The price on special offer was certainly attractive, but I would have been extremely frustrated if I had paid full price. I was offered a discount which at least would cover the cost of some quality outdoor paint, but I do not expect this to be an item that will last.Well the photos won’t tell the story, because the site will not allow any other photos, needless to say the furniture did not match the offer. so Caveat Emptor!
