This is a very comfy chair, the instructions are not the best to read but once we figured out how to put it together it came together really quick. The massage pillow is very good bonus to this chair. Delivery was fast, however had some issues with the courier company saying it was delivered when it was still in their depot. Aside from that, Highly recommend this chair.

Very comfortable, nice massage pillow and excellent reclining. The footrest isn't the best, as it doesn't really rest my feet so much as my legs due to my height. The only other issue is putting it together, the instructions aren't great and I was confused by step one. How to put the wheels in wasn't specified, what way the footrest attached to the bottom of the chair was left to me to figure out, and the armrests simply didn't fit properly without a massive amount of struggling with the screws. However, once completed, there's really nothing wrong with it. It does the job pretty well, and I'm happy with it. Cheers

The perfect set up for a young boy! He absolutely loves his desk set up and chair. The LED lights on the side of the desk really make this desk a stand out and brings a cool vibe to his room.Both chair and desk are amazing quality and easy to assemble. We couldn't be happier.

Terrible Chair. I bought one about 6 months ago and less than a week later it was already broken. I thought maybe I had put it together wrong or it got broken during transit, so I ordered another one of the same model. I was careful to make sure that I put it together flawlessly, and yet within a few weeks it too had broken. I am quite overweight, which is why I paid extra for the chair with the recommended weight limit of 180kg, as I am around 135kg. I was very careful with them and they still broke. That's hundreds of dollars down the drain. I could not recommend this product less if I tried.

Had this for a couple months before having to buy another chair. Leg rest was useless for someone over 6ft, massage thing broke after the first day, and it was SO hard. It was like sitting on wood, i had to chuck pillows down for it to be usable, and my back felt awful sitting in this thing.I got a comfortable office chair to replace it and my back is already feeling better. Avoid this plywood chair.

Absolutely good chair for its price. I was too wide for the side bolsters, even though its weight capacity implied it might be a heftier fit - that was my misunderstanding... I swapped to my son and now he has an upgrade - with the foot rest he can extend and stretch his legs during gaming/homework now to help relieve tendonitis. So, worked out better than planned

Chair looks great, and is pretty easy to assemble. The instructions are labelled, but the bags that hold the pieces aren't, so you have to go off the pictures, but they are still very clear. Very comfortable and the massage is relaxing, although when hardcore gaming, I would suggest detaching the massage pillow. Foot rest is more of a leg rest but still very comfortable.Love this chair.

Chair is sturdy enough. Somewhat firmer than expected. I find it helps me keep a good posture.The wheels are soft and smooth, great for hard floors.The massage pillow, I personally find uncomfortable and will not use for it's intended purpose. (Of no consequence, as this chair is not bought for massage).

I bought this as a Xmas gift for an interstate family member and did you realise that the massage function was only via the little cushion which they are yet to buy the charger/cable for and are still using their old chair since it's more comfortable. The fault is probably more on me not reading the description properly and chancing buying something for them they haven't tried and tested first so to speak.

It's good so short stints. Not very comfortable for a work or lobg gaming sessions. Would be much better for a young teen or child. The foot rest is great. It's good quality but the seat is flaking now so doesn't last very long.
