Good chair for it's price. Easy to assemble. Lights are nice with many different settings.

The Alfordson gaming office chair lights work really good & looks great. It is easy to put together also. But that where the good news finishes and the bad start unfortunately. For a gaming chair where you would sit on it for long periods of time it is really uncomfortable & would have to say the most uncomfortable gaming chair I have used or sat in. The chair seat isvery hard & unless you are a very skinny person the seat side are way too narrow for me most people. The so-called massage setup I wouldn't rate at all sorry to say. I had about 10 family members & friends try out the chair and all agree it looks great but is definitely too hard, narrow & uncomfortable.

Pretty good chair, the power cable does get caught when you are moving around though and the massage function isn't that great.

Very cool chair! It's annoying that the chair rolls over the cords if plugged in, but you can easily just unplug it, and plug the cords back in when you want to use the lights or the massaging component.

It’s a good chair once assembled but ours arrived with one armrest that came apart ( we managed to fix it ourselves, with great difficulty ).Not too keen on the amount of cords you have hanging off the back for the lights and massage functions, as you need to plug these into power to use them.

Gaming Chair

I had purchased this as an upgrade from my onex gaming chair because of the special features this gaming chair has... the LED lighting and the massage. I understand everyone's experience is different but my experience was shocking. 1st it had come a week late through delivery. 2nd I had assembled the chair and the installation guide was very poorly done. 3rd the LED lights didn't work for half of the chair therefore I ended up refunding this product. 4th the chair is very uncomfortable. 5th with having the cushion on the chair at your lower back it did not give me enough room to sit on the chair. An overall bad and poor experience for me which is a shame.

item arrived in kit form with poor assembly guide

I'm sick of companies sending items you buy in kit form and expecting you to assemble it yourself and hoping it all works out alright. they don't take into account poor instructions and the ability of the person buying an item. then when you ring them they say oh you can hire someone to put it together for you, which ends up very costly. i have autism and live alone so trying to deal with strangers coming into my house, every time i try to buy something is not feasible. what happened to good old fashioned customer service.
