This chair is no where near as good as it looks. Overall it feels cheap and the padding is lacking, making it fairly uncomfortable. The massage feature is very loadThe only plus side it that it feels sturdy to sit in.

The chair is comfortable for short periods of time. Not really a massage chair, it is more of a vibrating chair. The heat function is nice. Relatively easy assembly.

I thought the leather on the chair would match the leather on the dining chairs I bought but it was a bit more orange than brown... still a good comfy chair though...

The arm rests are flimsy, and the seat is not well padded you can feel 2 bumps in the seat where motors are so it's not comfortable at all to sit on, I had to put a cushion on it, also the gas lift goes down sometimes.
Very uncomfortable chair not recommended very had base and back leg rest to short
