This was delivered weeks before the date given when ordered. Was a little apprehensive as it came "flat packed" but was very pleased to find, more than needed of all screws and bolts, no other tools needed and every hole lined up. Very quick to assemble. Very comfortable and easy to operate. Good quality fabric and sturdy (I am not a lightweight person) very highly recommended

I bought this for my partner, who has been needing a new office chair for a while, but hates the feel of leather/pleather. We finally found one that's sturdy, affordable and made of cloth! And it has a massage function! It was easier to build than any other chair we've had, and it arrived super quickly in the mail.

Little disappointed that the seat is not very soft. I do like that the back moves forward more than most chairs. The vibration massage is good. Usb cord could be a little longer. Love the colour. Footrest only has 1 position. Delivery was extremely fast considering it was right on Christmas.

I love the fabric style as leather is to hot, i put it together myself, without to much difficulty, the only info they left out wich would of helped was the velcro patch on the back of chair, needs to be noted before adding leaver mechanism.It comfy, fits in my caravan perfectly as my gaming chair, computer chair, and my tv recliner. lol 3 in one.. massage is more like a buzzing, but that was an extra.

This chair is very comfortable and I highly recommend. I think it is better suited for people on the shorter side, I'm 160cm, and it's just perfect. Being short, I've always found it challenging to find a comfy office chair. My work colleague who is almost 180cm found the chair not so comfortable.

This is an overall excellent chair. I purchased this office chair to work as a gaming chair for my PC. I was able to purchase this on sale which was an excellent deal and most of the assembly was easy. Inserting the back of the chair into the bracket and installing the arms of the chair proved to be the only issues with assembly but these were eventually solved. Otherwise, the chair itself works well, the massage function is easy to use. The usb cord however is a little short and I wish it was longer to reach down to my power board rather than needing to be plugged into my computer. The chair itself is also a little hard to sit on for a long period of time and I may need to buy a cushion to help with sitting for a long period of time. Good quality, affordable office chair.

Have had the chair for about a fortnight now. Was easy to assemble and the instructions was pretty clear. The USB cable for the massage function is a bit short and could do with being about 0.5M longer, but a USB extension cable solved that issue. The back of the chair is fairly high but being a 6ft person I would have preferred a little bit higher. The massage functions are good and I'm happy with its performance. Overall, it seems to be good value and I'm very satisfied so far.

Great chair, great price

Very happy with the purchase. Fast delivery, easy to put together and very comfortable. If you are looking for a deep massage, its not for you, it is more a vibration rather than a kneed, but it is a nice feature when sitting for a long day, and it can be powered by plugging straight to the laptop.

Not for WFH, mediocre massage, lack of padding

I brought this a couple of months ago after using a Secret Labs gaming chair. This office chair should be better for WFH right? Completely wrong. The massage function is pitiful at best, the arms flex when any weight is put on them and the padding in the chair gets harder and harder with each use. This is definitely NOT a chair for an 8 hour work day. It looks good, it's just hard as a rock, flexes too much and squeaks a lot.
