Easy to assemble, massage function could be a little stronger and I wish it was in the seat cushion as well, but overall I'm happy. It's a very nice looking chair. The pull out foot rest actually flips up and over. It's more of a calf rest.

This chair is not actually faulty, perhaps the description is a little oversold. The massage feature is a vibration which feels like holding onto a game pad whilst it rumbles. The footrest is completely useless unless the chair is fully reclined.

It doesn't help my facet joint problem as it won't go completely upright, 90. I've tried cushions, pillows but that reduces actual size of the seat. Massage function works ok though.
Worst chair I have ever purchased, everything is wobbly no matter how much we tightened it. The recline works but doesnt look unless you have pressure. And the massage function is just a slight vibration when it works, which most of the time it doesnt.
A comfortable chair that was easy to assemble and perfect for working from home. The massage function is an added bonus and the foot rest great for those super long meetings.
I have found the chair is comfortable but the arms are a bit loose and the leg rest is far to short to be able to use. I do not recommend this product.
Seems it has dropped price by $50 since last week when I purchased it but I am still very happy with this chair. So comfortable to sit in, great support including head rest. The velvet finish is gorgeous. The massage feature is much better than expected too! The Steel base is solid. overall the construction is very sturdy. So much better than an ugly gamer chair but with all the features. arm rest fits under my desk also. 110% happy with this product.
Really disappointing. Seat padding is very uncomfortable for heavy people. Chair is promoted as rated for heavy people but comfort really isn't.
Excellent chair, comfy, easy to clean. I plug it into a portable charger to use the masage function as i scoot around my work space without being tethered to a power outlet. Super soft velour.
